Stayed 1 night

It was a nice beginning until about 7 pm. The AC shut off by itself so every 20 to 30 minutes I had to keep retesting and it would take at least eight times before you find me turn the AC back on and then just shut off again. I drove eight hours got there at 6 PM left at 5 AM because the heat was too uncomfortable to stay and then there’s no staff at night even though the light is open it was gonna be the beginning of a nice w trip turned into a sleepless 11 Hour Drive total in one day.

I truly wish that we could give it 5 stars, because it's rich in history and a certain charm with built in patina. As the other reviews mentioned, the location is fantastic--walking distance from everything in Williams. The price is right, certainly. I'm sure there are newer and nicer motor inns in town, but not with the history of the Arizona 9 property. It's difficult for us as a family of six to find one room to fit us all; and of course never for a price this reasonable. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean when we arrived. You can tell they've certainly done some updates, our bathroom had been renovated in the past few years and was clean, but the bathroom fan was not working, and so unfortunately there was a musty smell in the bathroom. The wall-unit air conditioners worked great, but also emitted a bit of a funky odour. The room did include a nice mini refrigerator that was in good working order. Free wifi, and a nice wall mounted smart tv in each bedroom was great. The staff member was friendly enough and helpful--when I could locate him or track him down. It seemed there was maybe only ever one staff member on site who did everything. So the few times we were looking for something, he was not in the office and we had to track him down through 3 different phone numbers? It took 40 minutes to get a couple fresh towels. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in Williams and we're glad we had the experience of a historic route 66 motor inn.

Nice motel in downtown. On route 66. My room was odd with tight hall to enter, but most not like that. Good condition, clean, except sofa, very stained, didnt even consider using, odd its still in otherwise clean room.

Room was clean. You can tell they didn’t put much into the renovation. Looks like they were renting a room out to a guy who lives there. When we pulled up he was outside shirtless, smoking weed and picking at his feet.
