We had an excellent stay at the Orange City Motel. Our room was incredibly clean and a welcome sight after our daily adventures around central Florida.

Coming from a housekeeper... The windows, TV, and mirrors were dirty, the bedspread had holes everywhere, and the tub had water in it when I arrived. But overall, can't complain for the price.

I did like the convenience in access to the motel. I was very disappointed with the dirty chairs in the room and the old towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. The carpet didn't appear to have been vacummed after my first day.

Although an older motel, the room was large and clean. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. The small refrigerator keep my husband’s medication cold; the freezer refroze his ice packs. Close to several restaurants. Walking distance to a wonderful ice cream parlor!

This is an old motel. The key word is old. There's a very loud window unit that keeps the room cold, but would keep the dead awake. The sheets were clean, but old. Would hate to see the results of a black light test. Convenient if you're in Orange City. But, trust me, you won't sleep.

Nothing fancy but a good value for the money. Room was large and had a refrigerator and microwave. Great location for visiting Blue Springs State Park. Biggest downside was the lack of toiletries and a 10:30 checkout time.

The occasional loud motor vehicle could be heard easily.... The toilet paper sheet size was 2/3 the 'normal' size. So, I used four sheets per use...., rather than the eco-friendlier... three sheets per use..... Excellent room servicing, and friend staff!

The room was very nice. Rodeway Inn sounds like a dump from the name, but we very impressed with the room. It was the nicest property of our three hotel trip. The put a $100 hold on your account until they verify that you didn't smoke in the room, but it dropped off my card as they said it would. Would recommend and stay here again. Only thing bad is that they only offer coffee in the room instead of at the office.

The room was clean, the one person "staff" was nice, I got the feeling this property was more efficiency apartment than motel. certainly was not worth the ninety ($90.00) per night. I was not pleased to find out, at check in, I had to post a $100.00 deposit in addition to $90.00. Defentility will not re-book.

This motel new staff is not answering the office bell to help customers. You call and it takes 4 to 7 rings before they answer in a bored voice. The room was semi clean. Bedding is full of holes and stained. I won't be back. After 3 months of using this hotel. Staff said they don't keep Hotels.com up to date for rooms. They want people to book in person at the office. Not over the phone or 3rd party websites. BED HARD AS FLOOR
