Hotel Noor

What guests think

At Hotel Noor, travelers consistently praise the waterfront location with sweeping bay views and generally kind, helpful staff, while also noting that the property feels dated, with worn rooms and facilities that need maintenance and better upkeep.

Cleanliness is inconsistent, with multiple reports of humidity odors, mold, pests, and stained linens, though some guests found rooms very clean. Amenities draw mixed feedback: the pool is often closed or in poor shape, Wi-Fi can be weak, TVs are outdated, and there is no elevator. Expect a scenic, good-value stay where the location stands out more than the finishes.
