Relaxing, dog-friendly home with furnished patio, washer/dryer, WiFi, & AC

A wonderful home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and the whole of SSI is very pet friendly. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the back yard is fenced, and the kitchen is well stocked. You will need to bring your own laundry detergent if you plan to use the washing machine. Just FYI. It is a short 10 minute drive to East Beach which is pet friendly and there is also a WWII museum there that was excellent (not pet friendly but a good rainy day activity). Also, I highly recommend the restaurant La Plancha that you can walk to. We had issues with the internet and Vacasa was not helpful. Other than that, the house was great and I would recommend staying here especially if you have a pet with you.

We loved the area and wasn’t too far from shopping places. The floor plan and backyard area were great! However, the towels did not appear to be clean. The upstairs master bedroom shower need a makeover to match the other remodeled bathrooms in the house. The carpet appeared to be dingy and worn out and should be ripped out and replaced with new carpeting or tile floors. The bathroom downstairs sink clog wouldn’t work. The cabinet doors and drawers need to be renovated. The drawers were falling out when they were pulled out. The silverware and organizer were filthy. The coffee pot and dishcloths need to be replaced. Front porch furniture needs to be washed. It would also help to have air fresheners or plug-ins in the house to eliminate musty odors. We found pet toys under the living room furniture.
