The location and rooms are fantastic. It's a fun, lively, sexy hotel. My only complaint is that it needs better signage to guide guests to the lobby. The lobby is located on the 11th floor, but once I got up there I had no idea where to go. Finally, someone recognized that I was lost and so they guided me to what they thought was the door led to the lobby. They were not 100% sure either! This is extra frustrating when it is late and you are wheeling luggage around.

The wife and I went for a stay-cation in April (2025). Parking in the garage was easy, and it was safe and clean. Check-in was smooth and seamless. Elevator wait time was short. Our room was amazing!!! We loved the room, the size, the cleanliness and location.

My husband and I travel often to see out children who live in 3 different cities. We stay in a lot of hotels. This is by far the nicest property we have ever stayed in. The rooms (we stayed in a junior suite) were reasonably priced, well-appointed, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The fitness room was wonderful in that there were many machines to use, treadmills, a Peleton, eliptical and recumbant bikes as well as weights and weight machines. The breakfast was plentiful with VERY friendly staff. We drive an EV and there were ChargePoint chargers in the garage. Check out is late which is also wonderful. Most importantly to us is we travel with 2 services dogs. There is a LARGE grassy area and dog park for them. The Perch they call is way more than a perch: it has a putting green, food truck area, tables and lovely landscaping all over. I can't say enough nice things about this property. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

The Watermark Hotel was phenomenal! My room was gorgeous, clean and extremely spacious with amazing views of the Tyson‘s area and beyond. The balcony was huge and I thoroughly enjoyed being out there, especially during the evening time where an amazing breeze could be felt. It was quiet and relaxing as well. It made my “me time” all the more enjoyable! My only complaint would be that the elevators take forever, but other than that I will absolutely be back!

Great hotel, clean, modern and rooms are big. The Perch is a great addition. Finding the parking entrance was a little bit difficult when we arrived. Look for the entrance that says- Hotel and Event Parking.

We were a group of 7 in 3 rooms/suites. All the rooms were very nice, spacious and modern. The property was excellent. A rooftop area with food trucks, play area and a bar. The included breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. One strange thing happened though. Late on Saturday night, 3 of us were sitting in the lobby talking.... at around 12:30am, a security guard walks up and says we need to leave because the lobby is closed. What??? Never heard of a hotel lobby being "Closed" at night. Other than that, we liked the hotel.

We have stayed her so many times and the staff is always professional and so nice. The rooms are so clean and nice the hotel. They have a nice bar outside area with food trucks and activities for All ages. We won’t stay anywhere else.

Ive stayed at this hotel a couple times now. And this previous time i stayed the shower was dirty and covered in hair. I cut my foot on broken glass on the balcony and soup scum all over the shower hose. I killed 2 spiders also. I took my situation down stairs and asked for them to take care of the situation while i left for a couple hours. I ended up asking for a discount to stay and extra night (like i said i enjoy this hotel). They agreed. I left for couple hours and come back to the room being clean (as in bed made and new towels) BUT NONE OF THE STUFF I COMPLAINED ABOUT WAS. The hair still all in the shower floor and walls. Never even touched. Have pictures with times. The glass never touched have pictures and times for that also. So not only did i pay for an extra night trusting they would take care of it like promised and never was.

I had to switch 3 times to finally find the comfort I was accustomed to coming to The Watermark Hotel. It is my child favorite spot so we hope they fix all the broken furniture and ripped couches and the musty smell. The experience was bad but we made the best of it since we were already there.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was our first time traveling to the Washington area, and the location is very convenient. It was only a short drive away from all of the places that we wanted to visit. The Breakfast Buffet was by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve had! It had plenty of options and everything was extremely clean, which made the experience great! The room and bathroom were perfect. Everything had a very luxurious feel. I would 100% recommend Watermark Hotel.

The room was amazingly comfortable. It was spacious and extremely clean. The bedding in the room was very luxurious with convenient reading lamps on each side of the bed. The sitting area was also very nice with floor to ceiling windows.

Breakfast was fantastic, the room was very well appointed, we liked how many outlets were available throughout, the shower was nice and large size, the only things that were a bit frustrating were finding the correct parking garage for the hotel (we initially were in the Wegman's parking lot unknowingly) and the pillows on the bed were pretty awful. Some of the worst pillows we've ever had, and not an exaggeration. They were extremely flat and floppy and provided no support.

Great one night stay. The elevators take a little effort to understand, but once u figure it out it’s simple. The rooms are very spacious! The beds are cozy. My daughter just booked herself a stay here as well after I told her how happy I was with Watermark @ Tysons.

One of the lobby staff was kind and room was very spacious. But shower water pressure was too low, Hvac sounds too loud, and elevators were out of order for quite long time that we need to use stairs all the way up to 17th floors with my 60+ yrs old parents.

Our room was near the elevators and there was a sound that went all-night long, almost sounded like a metal cable getting stretched. It happened every few minutes all night and day. During the daytime it didn't really bother us, but the popping/stretching sound while trying to fall asleep was quite annoying.

Everything was good except the beds. Too small (feet were sticking out and I’m not that tall) and the bed was SUPER moist/humid. Barely got any sleep. Other than a good night’s sleep, property was quite nice.

Amazing stay. Excellent room. Exceptional staff at reception. The housekeeping staff not so great, unfortunately. We found someone’s old jacket behind the sofa, and had to request coffee supplies as none were left on one of the days. Overall though, a superb hotel, would definitely recommend

Everything about this property is excellent. The front reception staff are exceptional especially Jasmin The breakfast buffet is an excellent touch and actually very tasty. Def need to add this hotel to your list The late noon checkout is great

The room was top of the line. Check in was great and there were very attentive. I called for help with the thermostat and he was there in a blink of an eye. Ask for extra wash clothes and they were quick Check out the front desk lady could have been a little more friendly

The Watermark is an excellent hotel. My problem was with Expedia. It took an hour to check in because Expedia claimed I cancelled my reservation, which I did not. And my money wasn’t refunded. After much work on the hotel managers point, it was finally straightened out. I won’t use Expedia again.

We were four people and had booked 2 rooms. 3 in the party were senior citizens. We were arriving from out of the country and getting the bags to the lobby to check in was a nightmare. The front desk staff offered NO help and was rudely matter of fact about the lack of service. It was a HORRIBLE experience and will definitely not recommend to anyone.

Great value including the weekend package. Easy access to restaurants in the area and expressways, plus walkable to The Metro for ease getting into DC. Was not a big fan of The Wren menu but others in our group were. Breakfast offerings were fresh and hot, and the buffet and seating area were both well maintained considering the number of people cycling through each morning.

I recently stayed one night at the Watermark Hotel near Tysons Corner and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. There were plenty of entertainment choices nearby, and having a Wegmans right on the first floor was a fantastic bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

Love love love this hotel. They have everything!!!! I’d stay here over the hotels in DC. The staff are amazing, shoutout to the chef Ahmad, who specifically made breakfast for me because I missed it. There’s a tiki bar right outside, a bar at the lobby No notes, just amazing.

There are 2 restaurants within the hotel Wren for dinner/drinks and Aviary for breakfast. They also had some food trucks and a bar surrounding the property. Just outside the lobby there is a stage for live music.

Very good experience even for a hotel snob like myself. Agree with another Reviewer, not the same level of service as a 5 star, but an overall good stay. Very nice, spacious clean room with a great view. The hotel smelled really nice as well. Would be better if room service was offered, but there’s a refrigerator and microwave. The buffet food was average, but there were great attendants keeping everything stocked. It was very busy with kids attempting to self serve and parents not controlling them at all. Parking rates of $25 per night is also a bit pricey. We would stay there again.

Very nice, modern hotel. The room was spotless. Great free breakfast. Short walk to Metro. "The Perch" mini golf and biergarten with live music was fun though crowded (Saturday night). The only minor issue we had was the day after the first night, the cleaning staff never came to freshen up or replenish supplies. We called the front desk and they brought more coffee and hot cups. Pillows and shower water pressure could have been better, but overall we had a great experience and would stay there again.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the service to the room, to the food. 10/10. The standard king room is huge! I love that breakfast is included and runs late. The restaurant inside was absolutely delicious. The Bao buns were so good I ordered a second round. The decor is immaculate. Everything is clean and insanely well kept. It is right off a metro line, so very easy access to get around. Wegmans grocer is below for any late night needs (most of which can be fulfilled by the shop in the lobby). I think this will be the only hotel l stay at when I visit the area. It was everything and more. Also, parking is included in the price of your stay!
