I picked up for the indoor pool which people were in so I know it was comfortable but I got there at 8:58 and the guy at the counter said the pool closed at 9:00 and I asked him when he opened it back up and he said 1:00 p.m. the next day well that's pretty useless. Beds and room were comfortable

For the price i was actually surprised how clean and quiet it was. Housekeeping kept me good on towels during the day when i was at work. Thr ONLY thing i didnt like is the only allow you to use the front door. Carrying an ice chest to and from your room everyday sucked but its convenient, right off the highway, and for thenprice i was surpised i didnt seen any crack heads lol all in all ill stay there again while in town for work

The stay was fine. Beds were okay, pillows were not great. The indoor pool was closed due to glass being broken in it, looked liked it had been closed a while. Service was great, I had left my debit card on the counter and they gave me a call so I knew. Breakfast was cereal, bread for toast, and waffles.

There was only 1 entrance into the hotel & there was no elevator either, so that made it very difficult getting our belongings unloaded & reloaded. The room was very nice though. The jacuzzi tub worked & was nice to relax in

Overall I would definitely stay here again! Unfortunately I was very sad because the indoor pool was closed because someone broke a glass Bottle in the pool. Due to an emergency we had to leave after one night. The manager was very understanding and happily let us cancel our second night and refunded our money. I was disappointed that they didn't have a big selection for breakfast but overall our stay was good. Very clean and great customer service.

I'd been told their pool was "being repaired" for the last 3 months. Fine, but then their changeable marquee shouldn't say "IN POOL" and their website shouldn't reference it either. If I hadn't seen it referenced in other reviews I wouldn't have known and would have been quite upset. After all this time of the pool being closed they shouldn't be able to claim they have one at all!

This hotel isn’t in the best area which is fine compare to everything else, my main issue was the cleanliness. There was vomit in the hallway by the trash can from before I arrived even until I checked out two days later. The walls were dirty the shower too, I didn’t even want to shower there but I had to. The floors were even dirty I was shocked and told my husband about it and he said next time he’s booking our stay. I was traveling with children to visit him at the military base and I will never stay at this hotel again. Pool wasn’t working, breakfast was limited, everything was dirty. Go somewhere else unless that appeals to you.

Besides the sticky floors and the curly hair in the towels and the pool being closed (which i think they should have to notify people before booking of) it was quiet and nice. The microwaves plate didnt spin like normal i guess it was broke as well. But for the price I would stay again. I just asked for new towels and put the ones with hair in the dirty clothes. There was also a weird lady that worked there that barely spoke english that cleaned that was rude to us but the gentleman that checked me in was nice.

Cute place with lots of pretty plants in the lobby. Staff was friendly. We had a missing shower curtain in our room, but the manager quickly replaced. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked (hair on the bathroom floor, toilet wasn't secured & would rock when using, etc), but overall, it was a good spot to stay for a night. They appeared to be pet friendly and had a good vibe overall. The beds were very comfortable & AC was nice and cold.

Staff was great. The room was spacious and pet friendly. Which is a plus. If you looked closely, you’d find a little overlook maintenance. Paint chipped here a loose screw there. However, The room was clean. The stay was quiet. The bed was comfortable. I felt like they were competitively priced. I would stay here again.

While the property appeared to have undergone some recent updates (paint, carpeting, etc) we were disturbed to find that the window to our room was broken and unable to be locked. Tired from driving all day, we decided to take our chances. Also, there were towels, but no wash cloths, and the shower water temp never got above just barely warm. Packets of hot cocoa or tea would have been a nice addition to breakfast, as the only options were coffee amd juice. The vending machine on the first floor also seemed to be non-working. $75/night was too high for this property in my opinion.

We were only passing through so got there late in the evening and left early the next morning but check-in was fast and efficient and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that they need to improve the lighting in the room/bathroom.

I was unable to check in. No where prior to my booking the hotel was I informed that I would be required to pay a $100 cash only deposit. I did not have cash nor any way to obtain cash at 3:00 AM. Therefore I was unable to check into the room and obtain the much needed sleep I needed. I am just as angry with the hotel staff for their lack of concern over taking my money for nothing. I plan on suing both Expedia and the Executive Inn and Suites in Wichita Falls Texas.

Went to visit my son at Sheppard Air Force Base and see the air show. This is the hotel I choose when I visit him. Staying in the same place multiple times is the best rating I can give. The people are nice, the place is quiet, parking is easy and it's conveniently located to the base and highway for excursions.

Do not stay here. While the room was ok, we had a few bugs of some kind. Overnight a few cars and a trailer were broken into. Broke glass and cut off padlock. Police told us never to stay here again, as it is a bad neighborhood. This stuff happens all the time.

While the facilities were just above average, the surroundings lacked for dining or even fast food options which was quite surprising given the size of the city. It seems that most of the dining was located on the other end of town. The location was also well suited to close proximity to the freeway for our departure.

You get what you pay for. The Executive Inn & Suites did not live up to the expectations suggested by its name. The floor was not clean in the room, breakfast was only waffles and cereal - no fruit, no protein, weak coffee. The persons at the desk were not professional in dress or interactions.

Hotel was clean and pet friendly. Liked that there was vinyl flooring in our room-a real plus for traveling with a pet. Hotel room was clean and suited our needs for overnight stay. Only complaints are that we had low water pressure in shower and would have liked muffins, bagels or yogurt at breakfast buffet. However hotel did have cereals, waffles, juices but these aren't something I normally eat. Coffee was good and hot. Would stay again if in the area.

It was ok. Affordable and we stayed since it was close to Air Force base. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest- but waffles were good. Bathroom had no tissues and limited on towels (could have asked for more but didn’t). I am an animal lover, but dogs were barking a lot. At least not overnight. Would I stay here again?? I would - but only if nothing was available. Pool looked clean - didn’t use though. Staff was friendly and always had coffee on even before 6am!!!
