Room was very clean, “ kitchenette” is a stretch w/minimal convenience, all oceanfront rooms have a jetted tub that requires help to get in and out, bed good, sofa is convenient, view is wonderful, stairs to third floor have a very wobbly railing, patio door lock broken, burner pans did not fit stove so cooking impossible, microwave dirty. Sorely overpriced, but it is pet-friendly.

We stayed in one of the little cottages with teenage boys. Really fantastic. The pull out couch was an amazing mattress (no bar in your back or unsteadiness) and was a true queen. Fit a 13 and 16 year old, no problem. Within walking distance of the beach and shopping. Super easy to get around. Parking is a bit tricky, but that's pretty part for the course in Seaside.

Beach access is great, but rooms needed an upgrade for the price. No counter space in bathroom, fireplace was not working, and the room was very small for the price. The screen door to the patio needed maintenance or to be replaced. We were upstairs which only had stair access….no problem for us but may be a problem for others with larger luggage or who normally require an elevator. There was an outdoor fire table but not inviting given its placement between buildings and directly under room windows. It wasn’t a bad stay but expected more for the price, especially compared to other equivalently priced places we’ve stayed along the coast with similar beach access.

I would not recommend this hotel. While the location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the main downtown area—the overall experience was disappointing, especially for $249.93 per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we opened the bed, we found blood stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to replace them, but the replacement sheets also had blood stains. There were also mosquitoes in the room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room was very small. Once the sofa bed was opened, it was right next to the main bed, leaving almost no space to walk around. We had to step over the beds just to move through the room. There was no complimentary breakfast, and the parking spaces were quite narrow and difficult to maneuver in. Although the location is convenient and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping, the room condition and overall experience did not justify the $249.93 nightly rate. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.
