The room was on the 2nd floor and the stairs were steep, the elevator very slow. Also Expedia was not gracious enough to refund a 2nd room on the 7th day before cancellation when no other family members could use the room. They said there was a computer breakdown of some kind.

It was very nice The pool was a ways away First hotel we have stayed in for a LONG time that did not provide shampoe , conditioner , etc. Thankfully i brought some last minute. That was strange for the price we paid? Otherwise all great , quiet, cool. Elevator out but that happens

This is an RCI/VI member property so it's not like a usual VRBO rental through Expedia where owners supply extras and personal touches. The kitchenette is stocked with cooking utensils but there is nothing else. The only toiletries provided are hand and bath soap, so bring your own shampoo and conditioner! The resort is on a golf course (currently closed) with a highly rated restaurant. It is worth a visit. There is nothing else within walking distance but Lynden is a 10 minutes drive away.

It was sad that the check in doesn’t stay open longer than 6pm, I didn’t like having to drive to the pool area and the room seemed like a Holiday Inn room with a small kitchenette along the wall. Plus, they no longer serve breakfast. Not worth the price!
