This place is nice for the money. We had a balcony overlooking the lake. There's no pool but they do have a nice swim dock down on the water. We will come back sometime 😁

May say 2 star hotel but a NICE spot !!!!! For the price it’s a steal! It has a private dock area where you can swim! It’s clean and very nice!

Quiet lakefront property. Rooms were very clean and looked freshly remodeled. Having the floating dock with benches just steps away from our unit was a delightful relaxing bonus. Looking forward to staying again.

The traffic is horrible at this location was very difficult to enter an exit the property. Felt very unsafe entering and exiting the property.

Very nice, clean, thoughtful amenities. Close to the water. Great for multiple families in multiple units. There are multiple gathering areas with grills and picnic tables, including a large pavilion (5 tables). Several docks. Food trucks within walking distance. The "fridge" was really a beverage cooler, only got down to 39 deg, and no freezer. Ice machine is available to keep cooker packed, if neccissary. Worked for us.

Many of the features to this property were great. My family and I enjoyed the stay at such as the deck looking over the river. One thing we did not like is that it was hard to find the location- the sign was tiny from the street and it’s dark blue on black, which is hard to see driving on the busy road.

Stayed in room 8. It wasn't properly cleaned prior to our arrival. There were water bottles and other small trash items next to the night stand. The view is nice. Staff is friendly. The walls are thin... we heard every movement made by the people above us.

I normally don't complain but I hope this helps with positive change. The unit has an odor that isn't good. The nightstand between the beds is so filthy I had to go to Walmart and get Clorox wipes to clean it. I cleaned the table, sofa, countertops & bathroom. The air worked for a few hours but it was very warm & uncomfortable in the unit. When it shut off, it would scare me it was so loud. The noise was terrible from the sliding doors in the other units opening and closing until 2am. Needless to say, I've gotten a few hours of sleep. It hasn't been relaxing so far.

Definitely not worth what they charged for the night. The view of the lake was nice but the balcony was filthy. You couldn't lean on the rail for all of the cigarette ashes and spots where it appears cigarettes were put out on it. The outside table and chairs were filthy as well, There was a dirty spoon left in the sink and I felt like I had to wash the dishes before using them. Even some of the disposable cups were restacked without the outer wrapping on them. In addition I feel for $170 I shouldn't have to take my own trash to the dumpster when leaving.

The Hamilton is our go to place to stay for every holiday. The rooms are always clean, ample towels and the A/C works great!

My partner and I booked to stay here for one night, excited about a cute place on the lake — but the reality was awful. When we arrived at “suite” 7, we were hit with a strong smell of stale marijuana that made us feel sick. We opened both doors to air it out, but no alternative room was offered. One of the lights didn’t work, and the blind facing the parking area had large gaps, offering no privacy, so we hung towels over it. The rear sliding door barely locked and felt unsafe. It was obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned properly: an open shampoo bottle in the shower, food left on the stove, sticky bedside tables, and almost no toilet paper. The upstairs guests’ every movement and drawer opening could be heard through the ceiling. There were also questionable stains on the bed sheets. The place was so dirty we couldn’t stay and ended up booking another hotel that night. The “suite” looked nothing like the photos when we booked. Overall, a huge disappointment — dirty, noisy, poorly maintained, and misrepresented. Absolutely would not recommend this place; save your money and stay elsewhere. Complaint made to hotels.com who we booked through.

Room had not been cleaned. Staff got it clean in about 45 minutes after arrival.

Decent place to stay, room was updated, had a small lake view, everything was good. Really only complaint I have was the bed in the room #1 is junk. It would pop and squeak with every room you or your spouse made, so we didn’t get much sleep. Other than the bed everything was ok.

The stay was fine. The room and The Hami k ton were very clean, self serve hotel. However, she is very dated and could use a makeover. I wish it was in a walkable area or have water taxi available to see the area.

I love the view, the quietness and the layout of the room. WiFi was great, bed comfortable with plenty of pillows. I intend to stay again soon!

The accomodations were nice, and comfortable, bed was comfy also, however, the balsa thin floors above us proved to be quite loud with the people walking above us all night until about 1-3am depending which night. The second night I used my noise cancelling headphones to alleviate the boom boom boom heel walking of the people above us. If you stay here I recommend getting the second floor with no one above you. We won't be staying here again unless we get on the 2nd floor.

The unit is comfortable and the balcony with view of the lake is nice. We had a unit on the first floor so the noise level of the unit above us was extreme. We could hear every step they took. The furniture is dated but clean except for one plastic bowl that must have been missed by house keepers (it was yucky).

This place was okay for the price. The walls are super thin and can hear everything from the traffic to your neighbors in the next room. The wifi goes in and out. Other than those things the place was nice

Exactly as it looks in the photos. Had a lake view room and it was more than worth it. Was on the bottom floor and could hear some movement from the suite upstairs, but overall the Hamilton is a gem. Go fishing right outside your room or read a book on the patio, and just ten minutes to the center of hot springs.

We took a family vacation and the room was plenty big for the 4 of us. The view was amazing and we all loved the balcony. It was easy to find and really felt like we had are own studio apartment for our trip.

No onsite staff but super easy checkin with your phone. Convenient parking. Clean and free snacks and newer appliances. Convenient restaurants.

Our check in took an hour and a half. I did not receive an email ahead of time with instructions. There was no staff on grounds and my phone calls went to voicemail. I had to call customer service which is apparently out sourced and the dialect was very difficult to understand. Finally got ahold of the owner and got instructions. The location was beautiful and our room was clean. We had only a partial roll of toilet paper for a two night stay. We ran out of toilet paper and requested more but wasn’t contacted about that for two hours after we had already left. The outside didn’t seem to receive any attention as the ashtray in the smoking area was full the entire time. The owner apologized about the check in but it was a bad start to a friends weekend.

We love staying here! The renovation is specs and the beds are super comfy. Michael is so helpful. The covered slip makes it the perfect place on our favorite lake-getaway.

I like staying here, been here a few times. This time was a little different. We got a “courtesy” knock on the door letting us know check out was at 11….. at 9:30? Okay what ever. Next day, we get another courtesy knock. Me and my girlfriend were sleeping in, and we wake up to someone opening our door. Had to yell at them that there were still people. Again, at 9:30 am on a Saturday. My car was parked DIRECTLY in front of the door too. I get their trying to get the place clean before the next person, but damn you have to put in a system rather than knocking on peoples doors early, and almost 2 hours before check out. Felt like a total violation of our privacy.

Everything was perfect! Communication from the property was excellent and the views from our room were amazing!!! Can’t wait to come back

Very clean and attractive. Like a private studio apartment. Though no on-site office, check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and simple.

For the last 3 summers, I have stayed at The Hamilton overnight in route to pick up my kids from camp Ozark the next morning. I like staying here because its on the lake, its peaceful, its clean, and its a great space! Keypad allows for easy entry, and I love the location. Love Mug shots coffee across the street!

Michael was very helpful when I called the number. Had trouble with the TV but he sent someone over to fix it. Enjoyed my stay here very scenic and quiet.

Large spacious room with kitchen. Perfect for a few days at the lake although it rained. A 15 minute drive to Hot Springs. A little noisy as it’s right on the highway.

The view of the lake and such easy access was great. The property is a short drive from downtown but was still close to restaurants and shopping

This was a great place to stay. It’s right on the lake with several restaurants nearby. I’d like to stay here for several days in the future.

We were in town for our anniversary. Location was great. Close to everything. Right by the lake. Very tranquil. Just what we needed. Nice to sit out on the patio and watch the boats go by.

The Hamilton was really nice. It is located near restaurants, walmart and any other amenities you may need for your stay.The room was very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake off the porch was beautiful. It was a great weekend getaway for my wife and I...
