What guests think

At Hotel Suites Kino, reviews paint a picture of a centrally located, historic budget stay with friendly staff and decent value, but with noticeably aged facilities, inconsistent room quality, and recurring issues around maintenance, noise, and basic amenities.

Cleanliness feedback is mixed, ranging from very clean rooms to reports of odors, stained linens, and pests like cockroaches or bedbugs. Connectivity and utilities draw recurring complaints: weak or unreliable Wi‑Fi and TV, noisy or ineffective air conditioning, limited hot water or outages, and occasional check‑in delays or stringent checkout enforcement. Some amenities are unavailable (for example, a closed pool or gym), and the on‑site dining ranges from tasty buffet breakfasts to underwhelming or slow service. Expect an atmospheric, centrally located stay best for budget‑minded travelers who can tolerate quirks.
