La publicidad del hotel "con estacionamiento" es falsa, no cuenta con estacionamiento, te costra $110 por noche y hasta las 2pm, considerarlo, si está cerca el estacionamiento así que no hay tema, pero no debería mencionar que cuentan con el. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso.

Fue una buena experiencia, tal vez un poquito complicado al llegar la primera vez por qué no hay calle frente al hotel puesto que está en el centro histórico y el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras y se paga aparte, pero todo lo demás muy bien

Muy mal que no indiquen que no tienen estacionamiento propio y nos cueste pagar un estacionamiento particular, el comedor es pequeño y tuvimos que acomodarnos en espacios poco adecuados para desayunar, el elevador no responde correctamente a las tarjetas lleve y nos lleva de un piso a otro sin control.

The hotel was decent and the view from the terrace was amazing. Good breakfast. Elevators are small and key cards sometimes do not work so you might end up going up and down the elevator. The biggest issue is the parking which is 2 blocks away. That is very inconvenient especially if you have lots of heavy luggage.

Overall, property location is great, right across from the historic cathedral and square. It was a little misleading when booking that parking was not onsite. I received a message shortly after booking with parking instruction that it was 2 blocks away and the hotel is only accesible by foot. The room itself was good for a quick overnight stay. The bed sheets and floors were dirty and you could hear everything going on in the hallway.

Lo único que me parece inapropiado es que no aclaren que él estacionamiento está a dos cuadras y que tiene costo adicional, no es por el pago, es porque manejan información engañosa y nos avisan un día antes.

Aunque se anuncia en la plataforma que el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento la realidad es que no tiene, cuenta con un convenio de un estacionamiento público que está a dos calles del hotel con lo cual caminar todo ese tramo con maletas es incómodo, inseguro, no lo veo vería a usar.

El personal de recepción del día viernes, fue terrible para mí check in, las instalaciones un poco sucias, el elevador con mal olor, la habitación , el piso tenía bastantes pelos y el baño por igual. Nunca me había hospedado en un hotel One, pero por la cercanía al centro me pareció buena opción. Desafortunadamente con esta experiencia prefiero otras opciones.

No me gusto que la cobija tenía manchas, la bañera tenia hongos, la coladera estaba muy tapada, no te dan suficiente toallas ni papel de baño, falta de pintura y limpieza en las parades,puerta gastada y el telefono muy roto. La actitud de algunos de las recepcionistas deja mucho que desear, lo que se salva es la actitud de los de la limpieza, muy peofesional. Por las noches hay indigentes por todos lados, no es una zóna familiar. El desayuno deja mucho que desear. Y esta en una zóna muy poco limpia. Es publicidad engañosa, en las imágenes se veía mejor

Terrible, busca otra opción antes de reservar aquí y en la zona centro. Es sin duda la habitación más sucia y descuidada en la que me he entrado. Además de polvo en toda la habitación, persianas inservibles, la cama sucia y manchada de sangre, cabellos por toda la habitación. Posibles manchas por chinches. Ojo es el segundo hotel one en dónde encuentro indicios de chinches. Además la zona centro esta plagada de vagos, saliendo del hotel encuentras personas durmiendo en la calle evidentemente en condiciones deplorables, sucio, mal oliente, poco seguro para la mayoría de las personas.

The room was small and no fridge. But the overall stay was good. I just expected more because it was a their higher tier room. Top floor, balcony. The bed was mid. I usually stay in American chain hotels because the experience is more consistent and I like to have a fridge to keep my water cold. The view was great. I’ll still go with a four stars because the misses were my fault for not checking on the details that are important to me.

El cuarto que me ofreció la app, estaba peor que cuarto de motel barato, perdón por comparar así a los moteles de bajo presupuesto. No hay donde poner tus cosas, si vas de vacaciones no pidas una habitación así, no hay espacio para tus maletas o eres tu o las maletas. No tengo más que decir.

When we got to the room the TV wasn’t working and the phone. We had to go the without both services since they informed me that they’re technician was not available. The rooms are more worn down the people in the front desk seemed clueless when we ask about the tv and phone. They did not have iron or blow dryer.

The hotel is right on the plaza so easy to visit many historic sites including the cathedral. Great city views right from our room. The rooms are small and it was the smallest queen sized bed I’ve ever seen.

Muy poco espacio no se puede caminar no moverte en la cama porque literal la cama camina , no hay conectores de corriente ni bote de basura y peligroso durante la noche pues todos los indigentes hacen su tendido para dormir fuera de este hotel . Desayuno bueno

Overall it was a nice stay. It was affordable and a convenient location. The front desk staff needs some serious customer service training. I had to ask for the WiFi code and where the breakfast is served. I think this should automatically be told. They also need to smile a bit more.

Check in was a slow mess. Only one employee on duty to check in over 2 dozen waiting ppl. The property is in a prime, city center location, perfect for seeing the historical district. The hotel, a few years old now, is still a great place to stay, but is starting to show wear and tear. Hotel room flooring is worn out and rooms can use a paint touch up. Over, it's a three star experience, safe, comfortable and breakfast is included making tourism way easier. But be prepared for check in...

Centrally located in the downtown Guadalajara area. Easy access to all tourist attractions and great food. Loved our view. With the cathedral and palacio de gobierno right outside. Clean and comfortable but not luxurious. The breakfast was not to our liking but plenty of choices right outside.

Upon entrance there was a security guard. She had to take us up to the lobby on the first floor. Check in process was simple. They have a QR code on info about the hotel. I do not recommend eating the free breakfast as the food has been sitting out uncovered. There were flies. The food had been sitting out of temperature for several hours. Upon room entrance we learned that you plug one key card into an insert to activate the electricity. Our view of the cathedral and city center was impeccable. There is always a lot of activity happening so the sleep was not very restful but the location was convenient. The first morning we woke up at about 4am because people were setting up for a bike competition. They were building the ramps. Very dusty. The staff was kind.
