Stayed 2 nights

We stayed for two nights at the Golden Apple Inn while hiking nearby trails around Mount Washington and Mount Stanton, and it was fantastic. The location is perfect—close to plenty of hiking trails, charming local towns, and great places to eat. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and very well kept. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the fireplace was an amazing touch. We also appreciated having a refrigerator, microwave, and separate sink, which made it convenient to keep and prepare our own food. The woman working at the front desk was friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for nearby trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

We stayed for one night because the usual hotel we stay at was all booked - but this one night has probably changed to the Golden Apple being our go-to hotel! what a cute little place, very clean and well maintained property. Great first impression. The woman at the front desk, Nancy was more than helpful and genuinely polite. She walked us directly to our room and gave the kids extra towels for the pool. The rooms are generously sized and have two entrances - one that leads right into the backyard where the pool , playground and firepit are! The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and my kids enjoyed jumping in even on a cooler night. The windows open to allow for fresh air and the mattresses were very comfortable - and I typically have a hard time with hotel mattresses. honestly a little hidden gem :-)

Was only there for a single night but everything was very neat and, above all, clean. The only thing I did notice was sone tiles missing on the pool side but this in no way took away from a well-maintained pool area. Assuming it is end of the season wear and tear. I recommend paying Debbie, the owner or manager, a visit and staying at the Golden apple.

Stayed 2 nights

I needed to find a clean, comfortable bed for a few nights after camping in the rain. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was (you never know by online pictures) and the bed was so comfy! The guy at the front desk even offered to dry some of my camping gear that got wet, which I appreciated. The Inn is quiet and a great access point to the White Mountains - I was able to do a lot during my stay!
