Meadow Lake Resort & Condos

Room was fine, but we come here for the outdoor adult hot tub which continues to disappoint. There’s always something not working properly with that facility when we stay. When we first started coming here over 10 years ago it was awesome, but not so much in the last few years

Very nice outdoor hot tub!

Condo was very nice and large, and given that alot of hotels/motels around Glacier National Park charge a premium, we thought this was an exceptional value. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and two outdoor pool areas. Unless you have kids, I'd suggest the hot tub outside of the fitness center which is adults only and has a view of the mountains.

Room was good Pool and hot tub were not real convenient. Paying resort fee when you don’t use resort amenities is always frustrating.

This resort needs to take some extra time for cleaning/maintenance. The pool for the family was filthy. I had to go in and request for a net to clean both the pool and hot tub. There were so many bugs in the hot tub especially, laying all over the top and bottom. We checked in on Labor Day, so I wouldn’t say it was “out of season”. For the price we paid, I did NOT expect mold growing in one of the showers, nor being very dirty under furniture that we had to move for various reasons. The clothes dryer tore up several articles of clothing, not sure how or why???!!

The fitness center is very nice with a large spa and work-out equipment.

Everything was great. We got upgraded and had a large space for the week stay. Was clean and nice view, very good esp for the price! Only reason for 4 stars is that the hot tub was often dirty with debris. I booked this hotel specifically because of the hot tub, and it was not usable some nights.

The room was great, clean inside and out. Hard working, friendly staff! Huge fitness center with a hot tub, sauna and steam room.

The room was spacious and relaxing. The small patio had two chairs to enjoy the Mountain View. The water was extremely pure and refreshing. The hot tub at the fitness center (18+ only) was a nice outdoor space with a beautiful Mountain View. Probably the best hot tub view I’ve seen for a resort. Would definitely recommend this place for those visiting Glacier and the area. The golf course looked fun too. Sunsets at 9:30 really allow golfers to play a long game!

Great place to stay in Columbia Falls and good value. The condos are very spacious and the community is quiet. Hot tub and pool is nice.

Not a good experience :( Rooms were not sound proof as stated and I was woken up at 6am by the upstairs occupants walking around it was so loud. I then asked if I could move to an upstairs room for the next two nights and they moved me which was great but to the parking lot view which wasn't as nice as I paid for a golf course view. That night I realized that housekeeping did not clean the shower. There were multiple long black hairs (not mine, I have really short brown hair) attached to the wall of the shower. It was gross. Obviously this was from the previous occupant of the room. I'm not sure how you even get so much hair to stay on the wall like that but anyway.... then for housekeeping you need to put a hang tag on the door by 12pm every day in order for them to make up your room. I placed mine on the door at 11:45am (as I had meetings most of that morning), went out hiking trails all day and evening and when I came back late I could still see the hang tag. They did not make up the room or clean the hair on the wall. I then asked front desk for some more towels and mugs and told them housekeeping didn't make up the room...no apology or anything. Look, the place is pretty cool. Not gonna lie. Nice property. The service just was terrible and kind of ruined my stay. It was especially disappointing as I was hiking trails a lot and just needed a place to relax afterwards...I didn't want to have to get back exhausted & deal with stupid stuff like this. Disappointing for sure.

Our room was very outdated, which would have been fine, but the carpet was stained and the entire room smelled strongly of urine. The AC unit also didn’t work properly—it kept shutting off even though the room temperature was still 78 degrees. On top of that, my husband (who is 6’4”) had thrown out his back and was in a lot of pain after our 8 hour drive. I asked the front desk if we could switch to a room with a jetted tub (they confirmed there were plenty available) and even offered to pay for the upgrade, but was told they weren’t allowed to do that. The front desk staff was also unhelpful when we asked for local restaurant recommendations. Thankfully, we were just passing through and only stayed for less than 12 hours. The only positives were that the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Otherwise, this was a very disappointing stay.

The rooms were extremely clean, beds were comfy, shower was a great size, I had a balcony which I loved. Staff was top tier and friendly. Loved the overall resort experience. I would definitely stay here again for my next Glacier National Park visit.

Absolutely loved this resort. Our condo was spotless and the property was beautiful. The only complaint is that we were on the 1st floor condo and we could hear every footstep and move our neighbors upstairs made while we tried to sleep . If I were to return, I would request an upper level condo

Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

Not worth the money. Multiple outlets didn’t work, the only heating/cooling was from one room, the downstairs bathroom smelled like urine due to a broken toilet seat that you could visibly see the urine caked into and still wet from previous guests, and a pillow was completely stained yellow under the pillowcase. There were not toiletries supplied.

This room was over $250 a night. The furniture was old, burnt, stained and dirty. Nobody vacuumed as there was white hair everywhere. There was no shampoo and no hot water after one person bathed. The family pool was not clean and full of bugs. The landscape is beautifully maintained and the adult center was nice. The family center and our condo was not maintained well and outdated.

I don’t know how this is even remotely a 4 star. Absolutely disgusting stay here - it’s debatable what’s worse, the staff or the rooms. The rooms are dirty. I had to ask house cleaning to come twice to clean the dirty toilet and bath (had dirt and hairs in them). The first time I wasn’t in and they token wiped the toilet from the looks of it but didn’t touch the bath. The second time they came for 30 seconds and told me it was clean. Really gross. Hairs and dirty still remained. On another occasion the toilet was blocked and water flooded. Whilst out, maintenance came to fix it but to our surprise, house keeping wasn’t sent at all. We walked back into our room after a day of exploring (10 hours later) to find towels on the floor that had been used to stop the flood, the toilet dirty and no new towels. What sort of placd is this?!? Front desk do not care one bit, no apology or anything for the above. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - the location may be good but nothing else is.

The staff were incredible. The cleanliness was outstanding and I am a stickler for cleanliness. Thank you for the personal touches. Makes a world of difference!

Very spacious apartment with great amenities.

The staff was fine and professional. The layout of the room is pretty weird. There was a spider in the bath tub, and the bath tub is in the same room with the bed. A large mirror facing the bed is creepy. The restroom is small.

Beautiful condo … exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location is great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool/hot tub area is very nice. Our only complaint is there was no air conditioning in the main living space nor in one of the bedrooms. Upon arrival, the living area was over 80 degrees and the small bedroom was 86. There were 3 fans which we placed in the windows during the night and during the cooler days. We were on the second floor and found it difficult to cool down the smaller bedroom and bathroom. Our next door neighbors had the same problem the week we were there. Aside from trying to sleep in the heat, this place is fantastic!

Beautiful property but the condo was very noisy due to thin walls.

We've stayed at this resort previously and enjoyed it enough to come back. The grounds are beautiful and the location is fantastic. The unit itself is well laid out and full featured. However, the decor and furniture (other than the couches) is old and worn. Also, there is a room above and the noise from people walking around is very loud and sometimes hard to sleep through.

There was only AC in the master bedroom. So even though we rented an entire condo, it felt like a hotel because the entire family hung out in the master bedroom the entire time

Great room quiet and clean. Wonderful View of golf course and mountains and Aspen changing to gold leaves. Convenient to groceries, restaurants and Glacier National. Highly recommend.

The staff was exceptional helpful.

We booked a room at the main hotel and the lower floor had a bad smell so we were moved to a room upstairs which was nice. Unfortunately the room next door had very loud occupants late into the night so the manager moved us to a condo for the rest of our stay at Meadowlake. Lance, the manager and staff went above and beyond our expectations. The condo was very comfortable and quiet. I only wish I had a chance to play a round of golf on the beautiful course! Next time.

The staff are amazing I actually had a serious medical emergency and they stayed with me until the ambulance took me away and they picked up the room while I was gone. They are amazing.

The wait was too long to check in. We were not told about the ice, or the wifi (none really available), and the line to the restaurant was way too long! Way overpriced for the room and the bed you get. The walls were thin and you could hear people coming and going in the hallway. The plus is that there was a fan and an extra blanket.

Staff was kind and picked us up at the airport. Very friendly reception area too. We had a rowdy bunch above us and a quick call to reception and they settled them down. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you so much!

This has happened my last 3 stays. Front desk has confirmed they should be open and serving. Older tall gentleman that seams to run the bar/restaurant is always rude.

Our check in wasn’t great - we booked a 4 person room but when we arrived we were told the room we booked for 4 people likely wouldn’t fit us all as it was a sofa bed and there was no housekeeping to move us elsewhere. We were then just handed a key with no information, wifi, directions, etc. The room ended up being okay, and we went down to reception for more information afterwards. The pool area was nice, a bit dated and dark but it worked. We ate on site at the restaurant but were told we had to order as soon as we sat down or the kitchen wouldn’t be able to make us food because of a large group on the patio, so it was quite rushed. Overall the service wasn’t great, but it worked for the night we stayed. The property outside was beautiful and the rooms seemed clean and comfortable.

The staff as always were amazing. The rooms are quiet and I never hear another guest. They are clean and comfy.

We received excellent service from the front desk staff. We would definitely stay there again.

We were really glad we stayed here. The location is fantastic for visiting Glacier National Park. We greatly appreciated the large, well-priced grocery store nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the adult hot tub at night. I would recommend this place to others who want to visit Glacier.

We enjoyed the outdoor seating and golf course view. The bed was comfortable. And having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. Location worked well for us. Everything we needed access to was very close. We saw deer everyday on the property. It was nice not being right in the middle of town and on the busy roads.

Great location near the west entrance to GNP. Spacious, clean with lots of amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. We hope to stay there again.

It's a lovely location. It's very quiet and relaxing. The grounds are pretty, the mountain view are great. Staff was very good.

It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice, and the grounds were beautiful. Just a short drive to the west entrance of Glacier National Park. I would stay here again!

This place was wonderful! Tucked away from a cute little town with everything we needed. Close to Whitefish and Glacier

What a beautiful resort! We had an incredible time; it was an easy check-in, staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and the restaurant was delicious.

Nice property but very limited dining hours

The room was immaculate and overlooked the gold course. Staff were friendly and helpful. The overall resort was beautifully landscaped and in pristine condition. We ate at the hotel restaurant one time, and the food was delicious.

The studio condo was clean and the bed VERY comfortable, but there were a few maintenance oopses. One of our nice casement windows would not open, and the lights on the outdoor stairwell were burned out (maintenance people did come for the latter. There is no on resort restaurant serving breakfast

Lovely setting, facilities and accommodations! The only thing to note is that the coffee shop was not operating (is being turned into a bar) so there really isn’t an option for breakfast at the resort. It is only a few minutes into town however.

Dated hotel. Still nice. I was not thrilled to find out their restaurant/bar was not open Mondays. I would not have booked had I known as we had to travel for dinner after already being on the road 10 hours.

Very nice facility with good rooms and beautiful views. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food is good.

Very clean, well maintained. Good quality towels, dressing gowns and linen. Excellent service and foid in the grill.
