This is a "Ghost Property." So if you are expecting human interaction with anyone who works at this hotel, go somewhere else. We learned the hard way. I didn't know I needed to upload my ID onto their ap or whatever beforehand in order to be allowed on the property. Luckily, this extra handsome, super charming construction worker was there fixing an AC wall unit in one of the rooms and he was in contact with a human who may or may not be attached to this hotel or else we would have just left and asked for a refund. There is no "free breakfast" or "hot tub" as the website advertises. But the rooms are awesome and the pool and water magical. I heard from some fellow travellers who were also there that there that this place USED TO BE owned by two amazing women. It's astounding how fast businesses fail when that is not longer the case.

Only problem was with housekeeping bringing unpaid guest and a child to enjoy all the amenities that was only required for paying adults.. Showed up and accessed my room to only find housekeeping staying in what was suppose to be my room. Wine, used towels, bed unmade. Thought it was a double booked room then found out it was the maid staying in the room that was booked to me. Very unprofessional

We stayed here on our short weekend getaway visiting Palm Springs in March for the Indian Well open. The proximity of the hotel to the greater Palm Springs area was perfect if you have a car which is a must. We enjoyed our stay and the atmosphere of the adult only vibe which was what we were looking for. The hotel has a retro vibe which we enjoyed and can not complain about our stay. It always felt like we were alone on property but we knew there was other guests because we saw car parked so the property does well in that aspect. The hot spring water pool was a nice treat after having visited Joshua Tree and would say take a dip at least once, wish we had more time. The hotel owners were around twice and it was a very nice couple that were so gracious and hospitable. Give this place a try, it’s definitely a nice spot.
