Every time we went to the pool there were no towels. They needed staff to tell people not move the lounge chairs into the pool and play with them in the middle of the pool. At times the pool was murky. Attn to the morning coffee area was lacking. However, the grounds were lovely. Would recommend more andirondack chairs on the grounds.

It’s a cute little place. Pool isn’t heated, no hot tub and no breakfast. It’s generally quiet and the beds are super comfy. Overall nice stay.

The staff here are so nice and accommodating! I love that they followed up with us to check on our stay while we were there! There was plenty to do on Jekyll Island and this hotel added to it with bikes, pool, fire pits, yard swings by the ocean! My husband and I had a great weekend!

They did a good remodeling job in a very old property which keeps it desirable. It has a great location with easy access to the beach; beautiful landscaping under giant great oaks; a wonderfully heated pool, and a convenient restaurant and lounge right next door! Hilton taking over after Labor Day adding this property to their Canopy collection.

You can enjoy your vacation with your fur baby. No need to spend extra money to board your fur baby and worrying if your fur baby is missing you or being taking care of. I loved the way the management cared about our aging fur baby. The property is pet friendly and a poop station with bags and trash can was available. The property also provided water bowls outside for pets to help cool them off. Also, the property provided an orthopedic bed and raised bowls for my fur baby. The beach is a short distance to walk and my fur baby loved walking on the sand and enjoyed the crashing waves every morning. I want to give thanks again to the staff William, Dre & Clyde. You guys are the best!! We will be back to see you soon!

simple place to stay. bed was extremely comfortable. the only negative was the shower; it was missing part of the glass door, so they used a curtain instead and no shelves to hold shampoo or soap. the pool was gorgeous; we loved the chairs in the water. the swings and additional seating around the property were a definite plus. we sat in the swing and watched the sunset with our complementary wine. property is right at the beach, just a short walk to the entrance from the backside of the hotel. 4/5 would definitely stay here again.

So wonderful and relaxing. 2 big fire pits were a nice retreat. The pool area has beautiful trees surrounding it. Nice Beach House restaurant next door for convenient and good meals.

It was a business trip and I had never stayed at the hotel before. I’ve been there many times for events but not to stay. Everything in the room was perfect. The grounds were perfect. My only complaint was that there was no elevator on the property and it was difficult to climb the stairs for the second floor due to my disabilities.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff were so welcoming, with Will giving us a hilarious welcome and incredible restaurant recs. He also made our visit feel extra special by offering celebratory champagne when he learned we were newlyweds. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was spacious, making our stay feel extra relaxing. We never actually used the pool, but we did dip our toes in and loved that it was the perfect temperature. The lights glowing in the water at night, the built-in lounge areas, and even the thoughtful addition of a handicap-accessible chair to help those who need it into the pool made it clear that every detail had been considered. The fire pit lounge area was really nice too. I also appreciated that Morgan looked into the mattress brand for me (because I loved them that much) and the staff went the extra mile by checking in through text during our stay. They even offer a simplified checkout process, you don’t even have to stop by the office and can just leave your keys in the room and text back “departed” once you leave. We’re already dreaming about our next visit and will certainly be staying at The Beachview Club again.

The staff are very pleasant in general. There were severe thunderstorms which resulted in loss of power for several hours in early evening. There was no communication or updates during this time which would have been reassuring. There was no offer for anything to make up for this unusual occurrence, something that I have never experienced in any other hotel in inclement weather. In fact, when I called the front desk, the woman was rude when I asked about the loss of power. Otherwise, the staff was friendly. We were also bitten by something in the beds. By the appearance of the bites, these favored bed bugs.

Nice property close to Driftwood Beach which is why we selected it. Staff was extremely friendly in the hotel. Complimentary beverages in mini refrigerators was a nice touch. Water was a bit smelly, so you’ll have to deal with that as you shower or drink water.

I stayed at Beach View Hotel while in town for a conference. While I do appreciate that they upgraded my room after I raised concerns, the issues I experienced in my original room made the overall stay disappointing. The first room was clearly not cleaned properly — the floors were dirty, the shower needed a deep scrub, and the bathroom had dried stains on the wall and rusted fixtures. The worst part was finding a large cockroach crawling on my makeup the next morning. Housekeeping also spilled my drink into the toilet and left the mess behind, and the vanity counter was never wiped down, even though I made space for it. The upgraded room was much better, and I had no further problems, but the initial experience really took away from my stay. I hope the hotel improves its cleaning standards before guests check in.

I would say that the amenities in this place is perhaps not the best, and the front of the hotel does not give you the grandeur feelings, but the back of this hotel facing the beach is magical. They got these amazing swings and beautiful live oak trees that cannot be beat! I love laying out on the swings and look at the stars and the moon. We picked this hotel because it is dog friendly, the room and the bed is a bit dated and not the most comfortable. However, it is an awesome property for our dog!

Great location and super friendly staff. Will is exceptional. We had a basic room and it is pretty small but the bed was very comfortable. I do wish I had know they didn’t have beach access because of hurricane nicole. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest access point.

We had a room with 2 queen bed. Although we didnt ask for it we also had a spacious kitchen with all the amenities and a sitting area with 2 chairs. Made for a very nice stay. The noise from upstairs was a little intense the last night but we managed to get so.e sleep.

A lovely smaller hotel steps from the beach offers a welcoming glass of bubbly to be enjoyed around the firepit. The pool area is especially nice and the staff is wonderfully attentive (a special shout out to Will at the night desk). Thanks for a perfect stay.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. Everyone we came in touch was very friendly and welcoming. The personal touches were evident everywhere, from the welcoming champagne to a welcome letter with the most pertinent Information. The front desk personal was very knowledgeable about the island.

Beachview Club Hotel is in contact with you even before you arrive because when you arrive to check-in they'll have champagne glasses ready to get your experience started right! We opened the closet to unpack and found there were bathrobes for our leisure. In the fridge complimentary waters, soft drinks and juice. For coffee, they had a Keurig. We had the perfect room, with the best view and were able to open our door to beauty and swings under majestic trees. We saw dolphins swimming as we were watching the sunrise. We loved this boutique hotel. The staff is amazing! Clyde was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were modern, clean, and stylishly decorated. The pool was very chic and private. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend it to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay. The staff went above and beyond from Check in with Morgan who was oh so friendly, to a text from Will, later to see if everything was going well to Szabi helping us with a bolt on our Ebikes to another nice gentleman with dreads (I didn't get his name) offering to help us carry our stuff to the beach when he saw we had our hands full. I will definitely stay here form now on! The customer service was phenomenal! The rooms are updated and very clean. The view was beautiful and the pool was super nice!! I didn't get to enjoy the fire pit but I saw alot of people who seemed to be.

The first night was nice, the room was clean, the person at reception was friendly. The 2nd night was not nice as a person checked in next to us with a loud dog, lots of slamming cabinets and their door. Very disruptive and disrespectful. We checked out a day early and described these issues to the front desk and asked for a refund for the last night only. This wasn’t granted. And left us disappointed overall as we couldn’t seem to understand the rationale or mentality with putting guests on top of each other in a hotel with close to 40 rooms and possibly 5-7 guests on that particular night. We believe if the owner was present, he would of tried to do the right things for us as guests and customers.

The location of this hotel was perfect, beside the beach, paved trail and a few restaurants you could walk to. But the star of this hotel is how pretty the grounds are. Nestled under many beautiful live oak trees with seating throughout, a pool and fire pit. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had noisy neighbors, wished for better soundproofing in the room. No microwaves in the rooms, we had to use the one in the lobby. Friendly staff.

Central location to Driftwood Beach and beautiful property! Steps to boardwalk and beach access. Comfy beds! We had to ask for complimentary drinks which we could visibly see and when we checked into room after sertling in and in bed, we found out the heat was on. It was 75 degrees outside, haha.

We only were here for one night, but we enjoyed out stay. Great view, peaceful,and great staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. I am very particular. The restaurant next door needs a shout out too. Great staff there too. The food was delicious. We also traveled with our dog. She was able to go to the restaurant with us too. We dined outside in the screened in area. Great stay !

Amazing couples retreat! Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. Hotel service was wonderful! They were all so attentive during our entire stay and greeted us with champagne. Beautiful courtyard. Overall wonderful experience.
