Breakfast was nice they had a lot of options. But man the room kind of felt like a prison with the ripped out appliances and stained bedsheets. But the staff was very nice and friendly

I've seen better for less money. But the service is incomparable. Shishing was great. Other staff were courteous and friendly. They had only one ice machine and it didn't work properly. The breakfast was okay. Some sausage or bacon would have been nice. The place was pretty clean. The furniture was old and worn. But my biggest complaint was the 'no guns on property' crap. There is too much wickedness in this world for a person not to have a weapon to keep themselves and others safe. If they think for one minute that a bad person is going to obey there rule, they're out of their minds. So, based on that alone, I will never stay there again. I am a law-abiding citizen and I have the right to protect myself and others.

ADA was terrible. No automatic doors to get in. Breakfast was down multiple stairs with no access for a wheelchair. The room was large, office chairs were in bad shape. I never could find a way to turn on the floor lamp. The bathroom had one of two bulbs burned out. The sink was not ADA compliant. I couldn’t get under it and had to sit sideways. The ceiling had a large patch job and was painted a different color. The bed was about 16-17 inches high, it was hard to transfer uphill to get back to my chair. There was a lot of noise in the early morning. Never again.

Our room had food crumbs and ants around the baseboards. The ants got into some of our food and we had to throw it out. Bathtub was very dirty, toilet rocked from side to side and had the cheapest toilet seat that was not even tightened on. The carts for luggage was very dirty. Staff talked to each other in a foreign language to each other while checking us in. Checking in took to long because they would say a few words to us and then talk to each other for a minute or two, this continued the entire time that we were checking in. Breakfast was ok, the fruit was old and shriveled up. The first morning there was yogurt but none the second day. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely spend more next time for a nicer place to stay.
