East Hampton House Resort

What guests think

At East Hampton House Resort, guests consistently praise very clean, spacious rooms with handy kitchenettes and refreshed decor, along with well kept grounds, a pleasant pool, and a good gym, while service feels friendly and often accommodates early check in.

Location is convenient for East Hampton and beaches, with dining and breakfast spots nearby, though some find it a bit far to walk into town. Repeated drawbacks include noise from upstairs rooms and some in-room systems, plus a few comments about small bathrooms or firm beds. Affordable option in East Hampton. Was clean, very large room with nice views of the property. At first we had a worse room, and the AC was not working but the quickly moved us to the room nextdoor which was much better. Would return for sure!

We stayed here twice. Most local hotels do not have a gym. The gym is really good and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is set in a great location. The staff is nice and the property includes tennis courts. The beaches are magnificent and close by to take a great beach walk or amazing pictures even in the cold months. We were very pleased and appreciative because we only knew of the hotel from the Expedia app, otherwise we would never have known to stay there. We got amazing bagels across the street at Goldberg perhaps the best, most delicious bagels we ever had. Thanks once again Expedia.

It was terrific. I loved it. The gym is very nice and has a beautiful sun space, lots of equipment and a sitting area. The property is well lit and at night in East Hampton that is appreciated. I had a hard time choosing a place and we all felt lucky that we chose this place. Located is a perfect location and there is a beautiful big beach only minutes away which was magnificent in December. The beds were comfortable. It was safe and the toiletries were nice as well. The cleaning ladies folded the tissue and paper towels accordion style and it was adorable. The room temperatures were good and there is coffee, tea and hot cocoa available at the building office where the gym is as well as pots set up in the rooms which were nice. Our room had a refrigerator and a microwave. It was just perfect and the staff was always there.

They allowed me to check in very early because the room was already cleaned, thanks for that! It is a little bit complicated to get out to the street, but I have seen worse in the Hamptons. In the room that I got this time, the toilet was not for average-height people, but everything was super clean. I would stay again (this was second time).
