Listen, you get what you pay for. I think this place was AMAZING for the price. Yes, the place is on a busy road and if your AC is not blowing, you will hear it. But the staff, especially Michelle, is fantastic, the rooms are clean, and the location is walking distance to everything you need. Did I use the pool, no. The patio, even though it's on a busy road was very relaxing. The parking was sooo easy and plentiful. I might request a corner room in the future as they are brighter but my family and I really enjoyed our stay and will go again.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pickle ball court on the roof was a bonus and the room was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

The service is always good there, the staff is friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Had a nice morning coffee and snacks for breakfast which you could eat out on the rooftop deck. Plenty of spots to sit, pickleball on the other half. Pool was out of order due to the hurricane. Great location to the beach and 5th ave shopping!! Very walkable! Will stay again!

Great location to reach the marina area and the main shopping and restaurant areas. Loved the roof terrace area for chilling. Staff (Michelle) was very friendly and helpful. We had a room at the back to reduce the road noise and it was nice an quiet overnight. The breakfast was simple but sufficent to start the day and there is a bakery just around the corner if you fancy something more substantial.

Nice large clean tidy modern room. Only downside was the noise from the flushing from the room above which was quite loud. Small pool area but adequate. Ample free parking mostly undercover. Great location as only 10 minute walk to Tin City. Reception staff (Michelle?) were really friendly and helpful.

Michelle, who welcomed us at the front desk, was a delight! The hotel was very clean and looked like it was newly renovated. Our room had two queen beds and was very spacious. The pool area could use some work as well as the stairwell leading to the pool area, my only two criticisms.

Room 108 is on the ground floor facing the parking lot. As a single woman being stuck on the ground floor facing the parking lot does not feel safe. And the there is no reception employee after 11:00 a.m. Also room 108 faces 9th Street and it is pretty noisy. The pool is small and not very inviting as it also faces 9th Street.

The woman who checked us in is an absolute gem. The room was not prepared correctly. We stayed in room 301. The tv did not work, the light did not work, the phone was not connected properly. It felt as if the room had been recently updated and the staff was not thorough in preparing the room for guests. The continental breakfast was fine except for it did not start till 7:30 am. Most hotels offer breakfast at 6:00 am. Given what was being served, it would seem other than coffee, everything else could have been ready to go the night before. The location is central and ideal.

The people that check you in were so nice!! Helpful and pleasant. The outside of the building is very unassuming. You may not think it was a hotel. Inside the lobby was clean. I was suprised by the size of my room, the layout and the updated feel of the room. Lots of room. Would definitely recommend for a single or couple travelers.

Staff was very polite and my check in/out process when smoothly. I was given a corner room on the 2nd floor which was very nice to have extra windows, the only downside was hearing the stairwell doors open/close throughout the night.

We asked to check in really early and not only did she let us do that but upgraded us to a king suite! The room was huge! The bed was so comfortable! It was next door to a good bakery and Italian restaurant. We loved our two night stay here.

Hotel staff are wonderful. Hotel close to 5th Ave shopping and dining. It’s on a corner so traffic can be a little loud but nothing a fan or noise app can’t cure. Would def stay here again.

This is an affordable comfortable hotel within walking distance of Naples beach and Naples downtown. If you are okay walking a few blocks, then this is a great location. Our room was great, with comfy beds, clean bathroom. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast had cereal, yogurt, packaged baked goods, juices.

Easy check-in. Plenty of parking at no charge. Very basic "Continental" breakfast options (cereal, muffins and coffee) compared to the larger chains, but no deal breaker as numerous places to eat in surrounding area. Clean, comfortable and plenty of hot water. Great walking distance location to 5th Avenue, but car needed for short 2+ mile drive to the beach.

The hotel is located near all the exciting places of Old Naples. All the restaurants, galleries and beautiful streets are in walkable distance. The hotel itself is charming small hotel with a nice rooftop for morning coffee and basic breakfast options. The room was very big and everything was in place except there would be nice to have a couple of armchairs to add to the room furniture. Overall it was very comfortable and a lot of places around to have nice walks and explore beautiful Naples. Thank you.

There is a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee. It uses the coffee packets you usually see in hotel rooms. You can't buy those at a store, so how do you make coffee? You can't. The breakfast room/coffee doesn't open until 7:30am. Some people actually wake up before 7:30 and would like a coffee. I walked to the gas station.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, amazing staff!! They even provide daily free snacks and coffee at breakfast which was a pleasant surprise. Large, spacious rooms, great for families and just a 20 minute walk to the beach. Loved it :)
