Everything was nice on the property. The only thing that i didn't like was the parking. Hotel personal had to go open to get in or out. It took a few minutes for personal to open.

The bathroom had the door handle broken, the toilet paper holder falling apart and the room door had the security latch falling apart. I gave pictures to the front desk attendant and he didn’t even apologize. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was rude not friendly. The coffee at the coffee shop was awful. There’s nothing around the building. The bar doesn’t have food. Not a good place to stay.

Pésimo servicio , no tiene alberca , no estacionamiento suficiente. Lo tuve q dejar en otro hotel mi carro por q aquí no hay suficiente espacio. El aseo de habitación lo realizaron hasta q lo pedí después de las 4 pm . Pedí servicio a cuarto para cenar, malísimos los hot cakes. Me los llevaron sin Miel y después de 1:30 pésima estancia y cara por dos mil pesos más me hubiera quedado en el gran fiesta América mayor calidad No vuelvo a este hotel

Limpieza impecable, personal sumamente amable, el Bufet bueno pero que ahí tienen una área de oportunidad muy importante. El menudo mal cortado, la bolleria bien, los Omelets bien pero podrían mejorar en la medida que los huevos se quebraran frescos. Creo que está sobrevaluado. El edificio muy bien ubicado, dado que fui a la FIL. El gimnasio con todo lo necesario y la alternativa de usarlo en cualquier momento excelente. Si volvería sin duda.

Me registré a las 3:00 pm y me avisaron que no habria agua caliente hasta las 7:00 Pm, cosa que comprendí. Regresé al hotel para bañarme a las 7:30 Pm y no habia agua caliente y ademas el agua de ambas llaves salía muy sucia. Llame a recepcion y me pidieron un ratito mas. A las 10:00 pm seguia sin haber agua limpia ni caliente. Me dijeron que era cuestion de un rato mas. Al dia siguiente, a las 11:00 am cuando dejé el hotel seguia sin haber agua. Un horror la gestión de este hotel .. para no volver nunca jamás ... Ah y para colmo, tenia una Jr. Suite

Decepcionante experiencia en comparación con visitas anteriores Nos hospedamos en el Westin Guadalajara reservando dos habitaciones para cuatro personas. Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia esta vez fue muy distinta a las anteriores, cuando el servicio y las instalaciones nos habían dejado una muy buena impresión. En la primera habitación, la cama parecía sucia, la alfombra tenía mal olor, el baño se veía descuidado, las toallas eran viejas y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. En la segunda habitación, encontramos cabellos en las toallas, tampoco servía el aire acondicionado y, aunque el personal nos cambió de habitación, el proceso fue molesto y tardado. Además, la distribución del cuarto era incómoda, con un diseño en “pico” que hacía el espacio poco funcional y nada acogedor. Nuestra percepción es que, por haber reservado a través de Expedia, nos asignaron las habitaciones menos agradables, lo cual resulta injusto, ya que somos clientes frecuentes tanto del hotel como de la plataforma. Creemos que los hoteles deberían cuidar la experiencia de todos sus huéspedes por igual, sin importar el canal de reserva. Esperábamos la calidad y comodidad que caracteriza a la marca Westin, pero esta vez la estancia dejó mucho que desear. Ojalá el hotel revise estos detalles, especialmente el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y la atención a los huéspedes que reservan por Expedia, para que futuras estancias vuelvan a estar a la altura del nombre que representa.

Al llegar a la habitación el cuarto olía raro pero lo pero fue que el duvet y las sábanas estaban muy sucio, lo que quiere decir es que lo más cambiaron para clientes nuevos. Reclamamos y la atención recibida por la ama de llaves fue terrible y descortés. Su solución era dejar una sabana adicional y al día siguiente ver si solucionaban el problema. Al no estar de acuerdo se puso de malas y salió a buscar duvet. Lo trajo y cambió las sábanas. 30 minutos después de estar acostados nos dimos cuenta que estaba mojado el duvet. Ya no reclamamos porque estábamos muy cansados. Pero hizo que nuestra estancia no fuera placentera como estamos acostumbrados a los hoteles Westin. Nunca regresaré a este establecimiento.

El desayuno y la atención del personal del restaurante fue muy bueno, el personal del front desk es promedio y la habitación agradable, aunque el baño un poco sucio. Soy muy detallista con la limpieza y había algunos espacios con polvo como esquinas del muebles, casi nadie pone atención a esos lugares.

El precio fue excesivo , para lo que recibí , el Bano estaba bastante sucio al igual que las toallas muy desgastadas , he contratado para mis congresos el Westin en Santa Fe y me he hospedado en otros alrededor del mundo y este de verdad es realmente malo hasta su comida muy muy mala de hecho me hospedé porque en sep tenemos congreso de la empresa y fui a ver el estado del hotel , definitivamente no lo haremos allí , ojalá lo tomen en cuenta porque demerita mucho el nombre Westin que tienen en el mundo Saludos

We had a good stay, but a large amounts of conventions that went on across the street at the Guadalajara Expo. The traffic was heavy to get in and out. Groups of young people gathering in the lobby and lobby bathroom were common, they didn’t seem like they were staying there. The Starbucks was nice to have in the lobby, The bathroom was awesome! The food was too gourmet, can I just get a plain burger, please. The beds were comfortable, but the doors slammed shut too loudly, it was a circus every morning hearing the doors one after another. The rooms were cleaned and service was excellent. I would consider coming again, but might reconsider because of all the commotion across the street

The staff overall was friendly. We had breakfast most mornings and the buffet was not the best, the wait staff was not very attentive. The room lacked cleanliness and was a bit tired and in need of a remodel. The towels were rough and the shower pressure was light. The hotel looked great in pictures but not so much in person. Not sure I would stay here again may look for something closer to the center of Guadalajara.

I felt like the waiter treated me different by: not bringing me more coffee, not bringing me napkins or not attentive to other things I wanted to order. The waiter was more attentive to other guest, the way it should be, but with everyone equally. I don’t want to judge the hotel on the character of one of their employees, and will give this hotel another opportunity on the future.

Ubicacion muy practica para expo, sin embargo las habitaciones presentan muchos problemas de mantenimiento, fugas de agua en la regadera y se nos hinundo el piso del baño, malos olores en la habitacion y en el pasillo del piso 12 y la limpieza de la habitacion la hacen muy tarde o de noche. El buffet del desayuno nada extraordinario.
