This is a brand new hotel and everything looked great. The beds were comfortable, staff was pleasant, and the hotel is pet friendly. The gym was also nicely equipped and included a peloton bike. There was one negative to the hotel. The wall and floors are very thin, just a typical sign of todays construction approaches. You will hear everyone walking around in the halls and above you. It can be loud and annoying when its in the middle of the night and you think goats are being herded down the hall.

It was disappointing to book this hotel for the firepit area as advertised and yet it was closed. The complete lobby was under construction and yet the price of stay was not reduced to reflect same. I believe the firepit could have stayed open in the evening and have somewhere guests could enjoy due to the complete lobby being unavailable.

Hotel was under construction. While this is understandable the construction storage area was set up in the rear of the hotel and that was also the primary entrance. Made loading and unloading very difficult and limited parking significantly.

We showed up just after noon hoping to get ready for an early wedding. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and was able to get us checked in early so we could get ready. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Only room for improvement is the pillows were lacking substance, but that seems to be the way of all hotels.

The Hampton Suites in Farragut room was very nice and the high ceilings made it feel bigger. The rooms feel safe and are very clean. The to-go breakfast option is a good feature. I left early and used the convenient key drop box. The hotel’s proximity to Starbucks and Einstein bagels was very nice

This is a nice hotel, close to the interstate and food and shopping. However, the floors and doors are so loud. Between 4:30 and 5:30 this morning I counted 89 times doors and creaky floors made a loud noise, preventing me from going back to sleep! You can hear every step in your own room so I can only imagine everyone else hears it too! The safety bar in the shower is placed exactly where your shoulders are, so it’s very uncomfortable. Otherwise it’s a good hotel.

This property is perfectly located. Unfortunately its very very outdated inside and the pool was tiny. There were five people in it so I decided not to get in. My initial room smelled moldy (old ) overbearing as I knew I would have woke up with a headache. I went to tha front desk and they switched me to a lower floor as the cleaning staff was aware of the smell and said renovations are coming soon. The bed was comfortable and room was clean and the second room was not overbearing on smell. Renovations would make this place excellent staff was great.

Everything at the property was nice with exception of when we arrived. The doors were locked and we could not enter the building to check in. It was late at night and we could not get anyone to the door to let us in. We tried the phone as well as beating on the glass doors. The only way we got in was a guest returned and we followed them inside. Once inside, we were able to locate an employee and check in.
