This was the worst experience of my life at this hotel. I felt like I was being watched/followed when I got there. Got in the room,beds were nicely made but uncomfortable. The bathroom was disgusting! Hair in the tub,drains were draining very slow,chucks of hair and dirt on the baseboards in the bathroom. Horrible lighting. Cobwebs were around the AC unit. They have a pool and jacuzzi yes but couldn't even use my key to get in there,front desk had to let me in. Please save your piece of mind,DONT go there! Then lastly,when my family left I was not greated with a friendly have a safe trip or thanks for the stay. I wish I would of took pictures!!!!!

The place was damp, smelly, musty,. The room smelled, but I was exhausted so I didn’t leave. There was banging all night long. It was not a quiet place to stay and I’m sure this was no fault of theirs but the police and ambulance were there at 1 o’clock in the morning taking someone out. The only saving grace was the pool and sauna.

What a pleasant surprise this turned out to be! Clean, quiet, excellent customer service from manager, nice breakfast, nice pool - all at a substantially lower rate than other hotels in the city. Will be returning.

The hot tub was empty, which was a major disappointment upon arrival because it’s the only reason I chose this hotel. The pool was fine. The room was a bit dirty and there were some slightly imperfect smells, but nothing too terrible. The deadbolt on our room was not usable. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee was actually pretty decent compared to most hotels. For the price it was ok, but still so bummed about the hot tub.

It smelled like wet dog when walked in. Online said it had a pool and hot tub but hot tub wasnt working. No discount on price of room for no hot tub. Was told we have to call ourselves and see if all amenities are working. Not our job. Me and my husband canceled our reservation and got another hotel room at a different hotel

The shower curtain smelled of mold. The carpets were very stained all over the place. The staff was very nice but I will not stay there again. They do not seem to cleaning / maintaining the property. It is just slowly getting very run down.

Bathroom was disgusting. The outside front of the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Toilet was dirty. The floor, especially near the tub, was very grimy - nastiness in the corners. The carpet in the room had random wet spots. One good thing, the a/c worked great.

Staff were very kind and helpful. But toilet bowl was not scrubbed. Corner of floor in bathroom needed cleaning. I expect things were sanitized, just not scrubbed or polished. Linens and towels were fine. But hot tub broken and drink machine removed and not replaced. Bathroom sink drain slow. Clean enough to be safe, but needed a deep clean.

The first room we stayed in was quite dirty and there was a very strong mildew smell, i assume it was from the air conditioning the carpet was very wet under the unit. We got in very late so the next morning i talked to the desk clerk and explained the situation. She was very kind and switched us to a different room right away. The second room we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. The hotel just needs some updating and a good cleaning but the staff was very nice and it was quiet

Wastebasket hadn’t been emptied. Lamp didn’t work. Only 2 towels for a 2night stay!! Handle on the back outside door was broke off. Breakfast was excellent. Desk clerks were very friendly. Good shower head.

I was given a room key when I checked in. Upon opening the door I saw the room was occupied! The next room I was given smelled like dog and old hotdogs. Also I was told to be quiet at 10pm! I will never go back here.

I reserved this room on Dec 18th, only to be forced to cancel less than 24 hours later due to weather preventing me from driving from Montana. Expedia contacted them, and they stated i would incur a penalty of one night. Management instead chaged me as a no show, and charged me for 2. Expedia then contacts me to tell me they agreed to refund the 2nd night, which should have never been charged. Not only did they not do that, they charged me for a 3rd night, (My original booking was for 2 nights) and the manager was quite rude about it. I now have to file a dispute with my bank and take them to small claims court. This on top of missing my family Christmas celebration. While this is partially Expedia's fault for not getting a cancellation number from the staff member the night before i was supposed to arrive, they did call and confirm the call to cancel with management. Never before have i dealt with such pigheaded management. Especially at Christmas!

Upon arrival we noticed the pool was closed. My grandson was disappointed and began to complain to his grandmother. The employee became rude and stated we did not have to stay here and can book elsewhere. Mind you it was 730 pm and neither adult was complaining to the employee. Our daughter was picking up our grandson in an hour anyways. We checked in again the employee remains rude and acted as we were an inconvenience as she had to leave the tables she was sitting at with what appeared to be possible family of hers. We entered our room and the carpets are very stained. The fridge does not work. We did not call the front desk as I did not want to deal with the rude employee. We settled in for the night. The beds are extremely uncomfortable as they sink in pretty bad. Definitely need to be replaced. The pillows are the size of airline pillows and are impossible to get comfortable with. Overall will not recommend anyone to book here!
