Not too bad it was clean however the room needs upgrades like the furniture and bathroom, out toilet seat was broken.

Very disappointing stay. When we arrived after driving for four hours, we were not allowed to use the public restroom near the lobby and had to wait until we were checked into our rooms. The next day, we requested additional towels because there were four registered guests in our room. We were told they could only provide two sets of towels per bed, even though four people were staying in the room. One of my biggest concerns was safety. There was a connecting door leading to another room, but the lock was broken. Instead of the door being properly repaired and secured, a refrigerator and cabinet had been placed in front of it to block it. The hotel also appeared poorly maintained. The hallway carpeting was extremely dirty and looked as though it had not been properly cleaned or shampooed in quite some time.

Very disappointed with our stay. We booked two rooms for my husband, myself, and our three children, and I clearly stated the number of guests when booking. We were only given one set of towels for our room and two sets for the kids’ room. When I asked for more, I was told they only provide towels based on the number of beds, not the number of guests, and that we had to bring the used towels back before receiving more. I do want to give credit to the lady at the front desk. We couldn't get adjoining rooms, but she was able to put our rooms directly across from each other, which was helpful with three kids. Unfortunately, the room conditions were very concerning. The connecting rooms did not appear to have proper locks, and a microwave and stand were being used to block the connecting door. Our king room also did not have a deadbolt. This made us very uncomfortable, especially with children. The worst part was moving the microwave in the kids’ room to block the connecting door and finding a large amount of dirt and debris underneath it, including objects that appeared to be broken needles with what looked like dried blood on them. Finding something potentially hazardous in a room where my children were staying was extremely disturbing. The floors were also absolutely filthy. We couldn't walk barefoot because our feet became dirty immediately.

Very poor customer centric service, no interest in considering customer's request. Very old and dirty allee floor.

Breakfast could have been better more food not just toast and cereal and juice
