The parking lot was littered, the grass was not cut, the carpet in the room was dirty. Little to no up keep has been done on this property. No coffee or maker available. No lamps on room, no toaster???? No silverware.....All bare bones. Water was nice and hot. We won't be back Dog charge was almost as much as the room!!!!!! Not known until we showed up. No thanks to Expedia!!!!

It’s meh. Checking in was boring. The initial staff was very “meh”. Asking for an extra blanket was like pulling teeth.. forget about asking for an extra pillow. It’s nice and secluded from the other hotels but outside is a total dump littered with trash and abandoned cars. The room itself is average. Lots of little things that need fixing and touched up. Water pressure will shave off a full shade of your original color. Hurts! The room had its own kitchen but absolutely no pots/pans/utensils. Maybe bring your own towel as the ones supplied will also scratch a layer off your skin.

Has a kitchen to use, no dishes, what’s the point of having one. Overall not clean, pictures are not what the rooms look like. Carpet old and dirty, pictures showed no carpet. One reason I selected hotel, allergies with carpet. Never to return to this hotel.

This place is beautiful, clean and quiet. But it's an extended stay place. So,..there's no lobby,..free breakfast in the morning nor daily maid service. There's not even an ice machine. If you stay here you need to bring everything you'll need. There's a stove,.microwave and full fridge but no pots, pans or utensils provided. This place worked for me for a 2 night stay but if you stay a week or more you need to plan properly

A cradle of filth. Rundown, dirty rooms with broken vending machines, broken washers, inadequate lighting, dirty carpets, spotty WiFi, hard as a rock beds, no amenities whatsoever. This is by far the worst extended stay hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Go to the In Town Suites right down the street and get a better stay. This Woodspring is a zero star operation with undesirables everywhere.

Very rugged. Room was really old and broken. Stripping was off the counter shelves and no kitchen supplies. Very noisy heat system and constant noise from all over. Do not recommend.

I would not under any circumstances recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff Lindsey and Camille were professional, but the hotel is a disaster. I had a smoking room due to a lack of availability. Thus, I was housed on the smoking floor. The elevator floors were filthy. When I reached the fourth floor the stale smoke was putrid due to lack of proper ventilation and cleaning. Laminate was peeling/broken off of fixtures; walls were filthy; light fixtures did not work and the rust on the bathroom light fixtures was horrible; the door across from my assigned room had been kicked in; light fixtures had not been cleaned. Had it not been so late, I would have found somewhere else to stay. The health department needs to be called in, this was beyond horrible.

Absolutely horrible. Worst stay I have ever had. The internet is atrocious. It is 2024. I have no idea how it is possible to not even be able to watch a simple video. You are able to pay for “fast” WiFi and I did. Turns out the paid alternative is even worse than the free one. The whole hotel has this odd smell. An old and dirty smell. I can’t put my finger on it but it is disturbing. They supposedly clean the rooms every 2 weeks but all they do is make the bed and replace the towels and trash bags. There is also a rude employee here. He always interacts with us in an annoyed and unwanting manner.

It was a decent stay. I did not realize it was like an extended stay hotel. There were all kinds of unsavory characters hanging around outside. there was also a odor that floated throughout the 2nd floor.
