That sofa bed was very smelly and the mattress on the room they’re uncomfortable. The pillows are very uncomfortable as well.

The room had ants and spider webs. There was not enough toilet paper, no towels in the room, and no air conditioning. The staff was not helpful and took a long time to assist with issues. This is not my first stay at this hotel. During my previous visit, the conditions were not as bad, although the food was terrible. This time, I chose not to eat here. Unfortunately, this will be my last stay at this hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Considering the price, this is not an acceptable place to stay.

Way to expensive for what you get. No AC. No fans were available. A fan is $20 are you kidding me!!! I paid wayyyy to much. Las Rocas is much better and cheaper and better ammentities. Oh and you pay $10 a towel and then have to make sure you don’t lose the towel so you get your money back. Lol! We thought we would try this. Never again!

Our experience this time around was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering that we have been booking with this property for many years. The customer service was okay, but the condition and cleanliness of the room were far below what we expected. The walls throughout the room were extremely dirty and clearly in need of a thorough cleaning and maintenance. The shower door was falling apart, and we encountered small roaches in the room on multiple occasions. The screen door leading to the balcony was completely broken, and the balcony door itself was extremely difficult to open. Unfortunately, our experience extended beyond the condition of the room. While my son was playing in the playground, one of the swings broke, causing an injury to his fingers. This was particularly concerning and raised serious questions for us regarding the overall maintenance and safety of the property. As longtime guests, we have always expected a certain standard when staying here, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. The property clearly needs significant attention to its room conditions, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. A renovation and substantial improvement in housekeeping and maintenance are clearly needed. We have enjoyed staying here over the years, but based on this experience, it is difficult to feel confident returning until these issues are addressed.
