This property is in rough shape. My first room had a 40 year old air conditioning unit that had a loud, constant squeak, like a drive belt that was failing. The elevators are very poorly maintained with doors that stick half open. Exterior signage is poorly done - signs are obstructed by trees and posted about 10-15 feet above eye level. Hotel parking is sparse and fills up with low occupancy.

The hotel itself was very nice & clean. However, there were dogs on our floor that barked until after 9:30 at night & started again before 5:30 the next morning. I am NOT an animal hater, but hotels that allow animals need to put those people in a different space from those who do not bring animals. Another option is to not allow the owners to leave their animals unattended. Some people in hotels are there for rest & relaxation, & some even experience sickness while there & need quiet so they can get that needed rest.
