Excellent hotel. Check in was a little bumpy but otherwise, the stay was very comfortable. The "heated" pool was not warm. I guess that would be hard to accommodate since its an indoor and outdoor pool and its cold outside. I was a little bummed as i was looking for it to be a little warm.

Elevators have been malfunctioning since our last visit in August. The night clerk kept us waiting outside for over five minutes before we were allowed into the building for check-in (11:05-11:20pm). And PLEASE move the smoking area AWAY from the side doors! This is the best pet-friendly hotel we’ve found in the area. However, they need to do some maintenance.

Great location, great service, clean rooms, pet friendly, and ample parking. It made for a great stay. My only recommendation would be to put the smoking areas further from the doors. It was unpleasant to have to enter and exit through a cloud of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was very welcoming to our dog (and to us!). The room was a little dated, but it was MASSIVE and very clean!! The inclusion of dinner and drinks was unexpected and made the hotel incredible value. The breakfast was great! The best hotel we stayed at on our cross country trip and I would stay at a Drury any time!

We stay at this hotel about 3 or 4 times a year and it usually smells clean but this time our room smelled strongly of Vape Smoke and it gave my husband and I bad headaches. The girl at the desk said that it was the heaters but it wasn't. She did give us a discount which was much appreciated. I may find a different smoke free hotel next time.

Everything was wonderful. My only "complaint" would be that the mattress was FIRM but its just my preference that i prefer a softer one. Everything was clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Best breakfast bar ive ever had at a hotel!

We loved how hospitable and friendly everyone was from the front desk attendants, elevator repairmen, dining hostesses, management and hotel attendant! Everyone rocked! However, Lucy in the dining area was beyond exceptional! She was friendly, funny and genuine and went way above any of our expectations! After knowing her and her loving spirit we feel that we now have a friend when we return to Arnold. Our daughter and her husband are relocating to Arnold for their ministry. As parents it made us feel good to know that there are people in Arnold with the loving spirit of Lucy! We love Lucy!

On 2 separate occasions our room keys would not work and we would have to go back down to the desk and get new ones. The staff that we interacted with seemed quite nice, but unfortunately some of the other guests were unreasonably loud and rude. Not sure the staff could do anything, but made for a less enjoyable stay.

Front desk took a bit to check in. After checking in previous customer, staff asked us to wait and left the area so I was waiting for a few minutes. Hopefully they can streamline the check in. The accommodations were amazing! There was no popcorn available as was advertised, but the soda pop was there. The bed is super comfortable. Accessible room is perfect for handicapped folks of which I am not. All in all pass the lengthy check in issue I have to speak up about, a very nice hotel.

Overall a good "vibe" to this motel. Enjoyed stay. Parking can be a little awkward though plenty available in the "overflow/side lot". Some road noise from nearby Hwy. but very little noise from inside motel. Complementary food/drink good quality.

the Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Arnold was a great place to stay. Free hot breakfast buffet and free hot dinner buffet, three free cocktails each also. The food was good and the staff was great. Very clean and newly remolded. Safe local and right off the freeway.

Would definitely stay here again! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast bar (only thing that would make it better would be flavored creamer for my coffee!) and it was a nice surprise that they also provide free small buffet dinner at night! All the food was good too! Also have a nice little exercise room!

We've stayed here several times when we are in the area. We like that they offer a dinner and breakfast buffet included with the room. The food is good. Coffee options could be improved (only dry creamer and sugar). Staff is friendly. Parking lot is a little tight, especially in the front parking lot. Hotel was clean in spite of the nasty winter weather outside. No snowy or wet floors in the lobby.
