This hotel was fine. Close to the airport and I 10. The charge for parking was a big turnoff (yes I know it was only $10 plus tax, plus a service fee). I think it’s nothing but corporate greed.

Nice. Super quiet even tho it’s right by the freeway. Convenient to restaurant, fast food and grocery store. Breakfast had a nice selection. K cup coffee in room a huge plus. Pool and hot tub are open. Fitness room was adequate. Overall great stay

I was given a handicap room (106) which room was very outdated, carpet had stains and restroom shower wasn’t so clean ., also when you shower all the water comes out , I had to use the towels to dry out the floor . They also charge for parking. Front desk was nice and that is the only reason why is not 0 stars .

They gave us a handicap room dont know why, the restroom wss the worst. Wall on bottom by shower was patched and moldy. The toilet was dirty. The floor was dirty, Didnt look mopped. The sink was dirty. The cups they leave in the bathroom, the bottom one had brown residue. The shower head had bad hard water built up, as well as the habdle to turn on the water. The carpet looked dirty. Overall absolutely disappointed.

Comfortable beds,easy parking ( you have to pay for it) We had a 2 bed roll in shower accessible room, that is becoming difficult to find in El Paso hotels . Helpful staff. I have to request to have my room service every day. I would have prefer if they did it automatically. It was quiet, easy access to the highway and airport.

First of all there was a parking surcharge of $12.00 per day including a “convenience” fee. This was a hotel that was right off I-10 in EPaso, TX! Then, we stayed three nights before our room was cleaned. Third, the night entrance was not working. We reported it the first time that we had to walk around to the front entrance, but for the duration of our stay, it remained out of order. The staff seemed both unfriendly and uncaring about the problem. We will not patronize this establishment in the future.

The room we were in had damaged chairs, peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet, and the tub was permanently stained. My expectation for Holiday Inn Express is higher than this. We have stayed at several and this is the first we would not return to. The service was OK. Check in was smooth. Also, having to pay to park in the parking lot was unique. This is not a downtown or parking garage area - just an interstate hotel with a regular parking lot.

It was fine for the purpose of my stay. It was a little dated, but for the price it was good. The facility was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed the lovely woman in charge of the breakfast lounge. She was kind soul.

We just stopped to sleep on our way to California, first the pillows were smelly, the pillow case was clean but the pillows smelled of body odor. Then the people in the upper floor, when they walked around we could hear every foot step, more padding is needed to avoid that. Then in the middle of the night the air con started to make a loud rattling noise. We were in 316. So not much sleep was had, since we were only there for one night I did not report it to the desk clerk. Thank you

We stayed at the hotel on the last night of our vacation. When we checked in the person at the front desk only provided one room key and didn’t ask if we wanted more. There we as a water puddle between the water supply line to the toilet and the base of the tub. While not a major problem it was off-putting. Overall the hotel seemed older and in worse condition than other similar properties we stayed at on this trip. A couple positives: the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The breakfast had some hot items (eggs, sausage, pancakes), cereals, and yogurt. It was okay. Verdict: somewhat disappointing but passable accommodations.

when we arrived to the hotel to check in at 00:30 there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to check us in. We waited about an hour to see if someone would show up but no one did. This cause me to load up my family again and go to a different hotel.

Check in was fine except for charging for parking in an exposed outdoor surface parking lot. Have never experienced this before except at very exclusive hotels. Went into the bathroom where the floor had water-unknown where it was coming from. Took more than 30 mins.to get help since the front desk clerk was away and no one answered the phone. Eventually was moved to another room. Hotel was very full so absolutely no place to sit for breakfast.

I can really say I had a really good experience with the staff and in the cleanness of the rooms and the hotel. Even the front desk manager went out of her way to get the first aid kit for my mom.

The evening front desk staff was very nice, professional, and accommodating. The room was comfortable a little outdated, but very clean. The breakfast is OK, needs more healthier, food options. They don’t provide you with water which should be a must when you are eating, one must get up and walk to the gym to pour water out of the water fountain.

Really good condition. Great location. Tou n do n jave to pay extra for parki g to a 3rd party. Thst was no listed when booking. Has little things thst need attention: juivlce machine and pancake maker dlout of order for breakfast (bu theu did have individual juoves available) and paint peeling above shower
