Hotel was clean. Beds comfortable. Indoor pool was not open. Exercise equipment didn’t work. Breakfast was nice and appreciated. Nice location, close to shopping, restaurants and interstate. Affordable rates.

One night stay went smoothly for my family, clean nicely appointed room, clean pool

Place was apparently packed because the parking was full every night and that made it tight to park in a few spots. Otherwise a great week long stay.

Im a solo traveler, so I am very picky about where I stay and this place was very safe, clean and comfortable! And for only $25 extra, it is pet friendly. Which I always need because I travel with my dog.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the building was beautiful. Lots of breakfast options and comfortable rooms with many amenities. The pool could have been cleaner, but was still swimmable, just was near needing a cleaning of the surfaces.

The staff were very friendly and am sure would have helped us with any problem. However, the beds were very high and my wife who is shorter than I am had trouble getting into bed. Also, the swimming pool was small and the fitness room had machines that didn't work or had loose and/or broken parts.

Courteous staff and clean facilities. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Exercise room was in excellent condition.

Everything was good except the pool. The pool was closed for 2 days and when it finally opened it was so cold we didn’t stay in long

The pool was out of order and dirty breakfast food was subpar, internet was spotty. Traffic driving by is extremely loud. I usually like La Quinta but this one was horrible

Wonderful hotel experience. Stayed one night to view the Lesher Sunflower Farm Saturday night on Labor Day Weekend. Great location. Fresh and modern look to lobby and rooms. Very nice rooms -- clean, comfy beds, hot shower. Indoor pool was nice and they have an exercise room. We also enjoyed free continental breakfast which included hot biscuits, gravy, and sausage links and 2 waffle makers, toaster for toast and bagels, cereal, yogurt, a juice machine, and fresh fruit. Staff was pleasant. No downsides to our visit at all.

Property looks pretty nice, pool area smells bad and like mold, room was nice bathroom had mold on the shower side and hair on the shower walls like it was never cleaned some towels were ripped and torn

The check in process was great. When we got to our room that’s when we were disgusted. Upon entering the room stunk pretty bad. The shower had black mold in it along the seems. The floors were gross and the bed was just as bad. We ended up loading our family of four up to go to the local Walmart to get spray bleach. We told the front desk they felt bad and said they were booked and couldn’t give us another room. He gave us a can of air freshener to help with the smell. After spraying down the shower my kids got in the shower and there was black dirt coming from the bottom of there feet. We thought they were kids and the inside of there shoes might need cleaned.After realizing we couldn’t go anywhere else we were stuck in this hotel. Our mother in law was staying with us and she got a shower the next morning. She went down and asked for a couple more towels and was told they didn’t have anymore. She also said that the bottom of her feet were black from all the first on the floor. So obviously my kids feet being dirty wasn’t from there shoes. At that point we had enough of the grossness packed our stuff up and left the hotel. We did receive part of our money back. Save yourself the hassle and book at the Hilton right around the corner. The staff was apologetic that was about it.

We stop here several times a year while traveling home. Facility is always very clean and the rooms are really nice and spacious. Always clean. Very pleasant stay!

Very nice clean room and property!

The hotel was very well maintained, the staff was efficient, pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean.

Clerk was not at desk when I checked in. Came out about ten minutes later. I asked for more towels and he said he would deliver to room. After about 15 minutes and no towels, I went down to check status and he was laying on the coach in the lobby. Room was ok, however the bathroom was absolutely disgusting with mold all over the bathtub

After a long drive from pigeon Forge I wanted to soak in a warm bath but I noticed hairs in the tub and shower curtain (which meant they didn’t change the curtain). Then I noticed a yellowish ring around the tub that wasn’t scrubbed clean. So disappointing.

The only reason for my responses being less than 5 stars was that one of the beds had a food stain and black hairs on the sheets, suggesting to me that it had not been washed between guests,

Bed was comfortable and clean. Property was old, furniture needed some attention. The room was right next to the highway so it was very loud. Breakfast was not so good.

This hotel is very nicely decorated. Our King room with a sitting area was very large & comfortable, great value for today's high hotel prices. It was between a 7-8 on a scale of 10 for cleanliness. There were bandaids all over the floor just behind the TV area, if we could easily see it, we wondered why housekeeping didn't? The drain in the sink didn't work, my husband had to pry it loose with an eyeglasses tool. We told the staff the next morning, but took care of it ourselves, because for some reason they were having problems with just replacing a lightbulb for my parents who were in the room next to ours. Staff was nice, but not esp. helpful. Pool not heated and no access without asking for access. There were no lids for coffee cups in the room or at the breakfast area. They had a sign up that no one was to use a thermos for coffee. Totally get that costs are high these days, but to not provide lids meant you had to keep microwaving your coffee to keep it hot and though there was a microwave in our room, there wasn't one in the breakfast area. I guess they were concerned someone might take coffee "on the road" if they provided lids? I wasn't impressed with this, seeing as we all pay a lot these days for hotel stays. BUT, the bed was very comfortable and our large room had 2 TV's, a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. A good value overall. The other negative however was that we didn't know the hotel sits RIGHT ON the highway and it's VERY NOISY!

It was a good stay and everything was clean and pleasant There were no issues room was decent - I couldn't hook my fire stick up because the input button on the remote wasn't functioning properly so I couldn't change it to HDMI2 . I even unplugged the HDMI 1 cable so that I use that port but there was a message on the screen that said I needed to reset the tv and though the fire stick came on the message wouldn't go away and so I had to watch the lousy selection of channels that did not include even one movie channel mostly infomercials selling religion or products to improve your sex life. Besides the TV issue the stay was fine.

Room was very nice but it is on the highway side with constantant road noise in the background. The window doesn't block the noise.

Loved the room, the amenities inside the room. The fridge was way bigger than I expected, the space was spacious and clean. Loved the furniture style.

This was my 3rd time staying overnight. 2 of the other times my room faced the back of the property & was very quiet throughout the night. This time, my room faced the front of the building. The road noise from highway 81 was extremely loud all night. I got no sleep & had to drive 3 hrs in the am. In the future I will request a rear facing room. Otherwise everything about my stay was enjoyable.

In general it's a great place for the price. No complaints. We have stayed there twice now. The only negative is that rooms to the front have a lot of road noise from Interstate 81. Another time we might ask for a room facing the back.

I stay here every time I travel from NY to NC.

The people in the next room were watching TV from 1:00am - 3:30 am with the volume loud - we called the front desk and 15 minutes later we could hear knocking on the door of the noisy room - no one answered, so the person knocking just left and the noise continued - nothing was done and we lost a night’s sleep - when I spoke to the woman at checkout, her reply was that we should have changed rooms! Really!? And how was that going to happen when staff did not pursue that option with us when they failed to stop the noise!

The service was top notch. Every employee was friendly, helpful with dining options close by, the breakfast bar was closely monitored to ensure to keep the food available. The room accommodation was quite comfortable. This was a very restful, stress free stay.

COULDNT PARK WHERE WE NEEDED AS OTHER GUESTS WERE PLAYING CORN HOLE AND TAILGAITING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARKING LOT AT MIDNIGHT. I ASKED THE INDIAN MAN AT THE FRONT DESK SEVERAL TIMES TO DO SOMETHING AND HE IGNORED ME EVERY TIME AND DID NOTHING !!!! AS A RESULT WE WERE FORCED TO TRY AND GET INTO THE ONLY OTHER SPACE AVAILABLE TO CARRY OUR LUGGAGE FROM. THIS WAS A SPACE WITH YELLOW CONCRETE POSTS MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER INTO. WE DIDNT WANT THE SPACE BUT WERE LEFT WITHOUT A CHOICE BECAUSE OF THE GAMES BLOCKING OTHER SPACES. SO, THANKS TO LAQUINTA WE NOW HAVE $1000 OF DAMAGE TO OUR NEW SUV. THANKS FOR NOTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS NONEXISTENT. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!

My husband and I stayed the night with our young grandnephew that we are adopting. He carries a security blanket that he has had for five years. When we were leaving in the morning we thought we had checked everything and left. An hour later our little guy wanted his blanket to sleep and we realized we didn’t lift the blankets at the hotel room and it was left under the blankets. I immediately called and the woman at tge desk told me that housekeeping had left for day. We were going to drive back for it. She said call next day. We were heading down south. Next morning I called and she said they didn’t find anything which we knew was a lie because he slept with it and we noticed almost immediately it was gone! Im extremely upset about this because Im sure to them it was just a blanket but to this little boy it was a lot! It was a long vacation of him heartbroken and he is still struggling. I’ve searched everywhere for a blanket like it and cannot find it. Do better Laquinta!

Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Special kudos for Sharon who prepared a wonderful breakfast daily and always had a beautiful smile on her face and to Deborah at tfe front desk who always had a ready smile and a gracious good morning to share Bob Fallin

I had to make an unexpected, last-minute reservation and chose LaQuinta due to the excellent reviews posted on their website. I was not disappointed! Easy to make my reservation, very reasonable pricing, i felt very safe there, my room was comfortable and quiet. Debra, at the front desk, recommended a few restaurants within walking distance and I chose one two blocks away. I had a large pickup and was pulling a trailer - plenty of ample parking that was very easy for me to maneuver. PS. Debra is a keeper! She deserves a raise for her excellent representation of your establishment! I will definately stay at LaQuinta the next time I'm in Chambersburg.

The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond for their guests. From the front desk to the housekeepers to the staff that sets up breakfast! This was our first stay here in Chambersburg and hopefully not our last. Very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location on and off highway lots of restaurants in area.

Easy location right off 81 Great local dining options Quiet, clean room

A good place to stop on a longer trip. The only downside is that the room we had faced I-81 and the truck noise during the night was significant. I suspect a room on the back side of the hotel would have been quieter.

Nice big rooms and right off the highway resulting in some highway noise. There were many restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Clean. Can't call it quiet as Interstate 81 is few hundred feet away but given the constant vehicle noise is basically functions as white noise and didn't bother us. Second time staying here-would stay again.

Too close to the highway. Make sure to get a room on the other side of hotel. Otherwise you hear the traffic all night long.

Amazing stay. Hotel was bright, clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and even let my kids pick candy from the snack bar. Breakfast had every option under the sun and was great. Overall a perfect place to stay the night in the middle of a long drive home!

We were happy with everything but breakfast. There was still an hour before the end of Breakfast. Eggs are and sausage were just about out. I got the last of the eggs, I didn’t ask for more . I was done by the time more eggs were put out, we had to leave. They never put out extra sausage.

Very small rooms that are seriously showing their age. When we checked in, the lobby is and hallways must have been 85 degrees. They say breakfast goes till 9:00 but don't count on it if they run out of something, they don't replenish. . We will never go back. We have had much better experiences at much less expensive hotels. This is NOT a 3 star hotel.

The only negative was the breakfast items were not hot. Only the freshly cooked waffles or pancakes were hot. The sausages and eggs were not hot. The cinnamon buns were not all fresh-some were, some weren’t. But overall, the place looked brand new! Great stay.
