Elevator was broken and had to either walk up 3 flights of stairs every time I went to the room or walk the entire distance of the hallway. Also ice machine was broken on my floor.

The pool was nice, outdoor sitting and breakfast was also very relaxing and better than expected with the quality of food options. We used and enjoyed the kitchen items in our suite, the room was comfy and couch mattress also better than expected. The elevators made a lot of noise and were slower than I thought was usual so we used the stairs, that was our only negative critique.

Overall the property always decent. A few general issues: - We went to check in and they said 5-15 mins, our family was hungry, we said we would go get lunch, thinking we could coke back and our room was ready. When we returned our room was given to someone else and we needed to wait another 20-25 mins for our room. - there were ants in our unit, only a few but still disappointing. - there were two sports teams staying there who were quite loud into the late hours. Our room by the stairs captured all the noise of the youth running up and down.

There was a mouse in my room!! I had just unpacked. I called the front desk and they told me to pack up and come to front desk. They gave me a new room but it was not as nice as the first one. Had a king room and they gave me a queen and the shower was not as nice and modern as the first one. The staff was good about it but offered no compensation.

Bed bugs and blood await! Stripped our bed sheets for the maid to discover lots of dried blood underneath. I have a photo which I showed the front desk and emailed, however the property manager has yet to respond after 4 email attempts. I will email daily until I get a response, and will update this review to let paying customers know if I ever get a response about sleeping on a bloody bed

The hotel suite was clean and quiet. The morning breakfast was plentiful and the staff was very helpful. However the water pressure of the shower was poor and the roller blinds in the living room were broken. The blinds were not entirely blackout which made the room very bright early in the morning. I had called the night before arrival requesting a roll-away cot and the agent agreed and said it would be provided. However, upon arrival the front desk said it would not be possible due to a fire hazard. There was miscommunication and I would have been better prepared had I known ahead of time.

Several girl's soccer teams were staying at the hotel making it IMPOSSIBLE for any other guests to enjoy the pool. After paying $250 for a room, i would have liked to enjoy the pool. There were 20 girls with 1 adult, they were out of control. Could not hear because their screams were piercing. Will know to ask next place if any soccer teams are registered, and not stay. Also, the pull out couch was HORRIBLE. Retire the couch. The water smelled like sewer in the kitchen. The bright spot was the breakfast. Best hotel breakfast ever. Doesn't compensate for the terrible pullout couch, and lack of use of the pool.

We booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds few days in advance for a family of 4. Since we could not do online checkin, we called the hotel 3 times the day of checkin for making sure our booking is active. But when we reached hotel they didnt have any room with 2 queen beds since it was a busy weekend. Although they gave us option for taking 2 rooms with king beds but kids wanted to stay together. Also they could not refund us the extra money we paid for room with 2 queen bed as king bed room was cheaper option.

Dog owners beware! Nothing was said about a dog fee until we checked out. They said the fee for my dog was $75. They said it was in the agreement when I made the reservation. Upon showing the clerk the agreement she couldn’t find anything that said a dog fee. It wasn’t until I got home I found it at the bottom of reservation section below the advertisement. When I said I didn’t agree with the fee she told me it didn’t matter she was charging me anyway.

I was traveling with another family and we called several days in advance and asked to have rooms next to each other or at the very least on the same floor. When we arrived we found out we were on different floors. The staff was very dismissive when we inquired about it and offered no solution or apology. Overall, the place was fine, but the poor customer service would make me think twice before staying there again.
