The room was bigger than I expected and clean. It was quiet and the ice and vending machines worked! For a low cost hotel, it exceeded my expectations. I had a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave.

Loud music playing at the pool and a girl loudly singing! A female coming down the stairs was using profanity about her kids in the room and mad at the world as we was going to the room. NO thanks!! We left without a refund and would not recommend this place

This hotel is more for someone just needing to stay somewhere overnight. The breakfast was mediocre at best; toast, milk, cereal, juice and some muffins. Parking is VERY limited. Otherwise it was a clean space, spacious rooms, and lots of restaurants around.

The staff were attentive. The property was not well kept. The pool was not clear, it was green. The breakfast was only cereal. The people were allowed to dry there clothes on the stair wells.

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay and Security Concerns at Regency Inn Suites Dear Regency Inn Suites Management, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed for four nights, during which I experienced multiple issues that were not only inconvenient but also entirely unacceptable. Firstly, on two occasions, I was locked out of my room due to a non-functioning key card. The second incident occurred at 1:30 AM. Despite contacting the Baytown Police Department for assistance, no one was able to help me access my room. I was subsequently asked to sleep in my car until hotel management became available. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of responsiveness and customer care. Secondly, during my stay, my car was broken into while parked in your hotel’s parking lot. My tools were stolen, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss. When I asked for security footage, I was informed that only the owner has access to the surveillance system. This lack of immediate access to crucial security footage is highly concerning and suggests a serious lapse in the hotel’s security protocols. These incidents collectively demonstrate a severe deficiency in both customer service and security at your establishment. I expect a prompt response addressing these issues and an explanation of the measures you will take to prevent such occurrences in the future. Additionally, I believe I am entitled to compensation

The hotel did not have a hot tub as advertised. The rooms were dirty . Our toilet was broke the entire time we were there and they came twice to fix it . The room was nothing like the pictures showed on the website . They seemed to cater more to local people who didn’t have anywhere else to stay . Everyone we came back out key didn’t work and had to be reset and they asked if I paid for anthor night . The breakfast had no juice only water coffee and frozen waffles oh and some stale cereal and aldi pre wrapped muffins . The pool was disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned . I would aka for a refund but it clearly states no refunds now I know why .

Extremely clean rooms & a wonderful cleaning crew

Very old hotel amongst a bunch of new ones. Room had mold growing on the curtains next to the AC and smelled very funky, carpet was very dirty and stained. Room was also full of dead bugs around the corners.

The next room we had to get the front desk person to open our door cause the key mechanism was messed up. Their continental breakfast was honey buns. Then they said the only days you could get anything was on the weekends. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we will never stay there again even if it is free.

there were bed bugs in the room, they wouldnt change me rooms or give me a refund. i will never use expedia again for there terrible policies. i asked the lady at the desk if the rooms were clean and no bugs.

Kids above running playing stomping and you can hear it. Told the manager morning was done. Called back again told him to come to my room and listen never did come. Please put people with kids down stairs Not a good rest/atay

The stay was very good, I had a kitchenette, that was roomy. I had a comfortable king size bed, a good living space with a desk for doing computer work or gaming.

Nice size room, with sitting area. Shower area was a little dark. Neighborhood can be a bit noisy, traffic, loud cars.

Hotel was fairly decent, mattress was pretty bad, didn’t get the room I booked, asked for a king got a double kitchenette with no cooking supplies. No curtains for privacy on the windows and there was mold on the sheet curtain.

The room was large with a king bed and a sofa. The sofa was comfy for watcching tvwatching tv

The AC barely worked and the tv remote or tv didn't work even after i wentvto the office and retrieved and tried new batteries.

Tv did not work at all and they never came as they said they would to fix it. Did not have room ready and had to wait

The rooms are spacious. The breakfast could be a lot better. Every time I stay here not sure the cleaning lady's name but she's the best shes very patient and gives you what you need like bedding and if you wanna do it yourself she helps you

Called ahead for a 1st floor room. Did nit have one ready. So they didnt give me a room as per my reservations. Ac did nit work properly. No blackout curtains.

I didnt like that when i checked in the lady working tried to make me pay again and then when i cslled her on it she put me and my paraplegic girlfriend on the second floor knowing there wasnt a elevator and then proceeded to trll me that if i wanted a handicapped room i would have to pay more.

Booked a room and didn’t get what I booked. Employees not cooperating with reservation inaccuracies and told me I get what I get. Key failed to work 4-5 times

Its location is just a little off I10, on Garth Rd. And the rooms are off the road so we didnt hear traffic. It may not be a 10 hotel, but it was clean, people were nice and the mattress have a zipped up protection on them. Yay!

The staff was courteous. We liked their continental breakfast. The pool was in good shape. The room was in good shape for the price amount. There were loud and suspicious people outside the property, but the price of the room entices all sorts of people.

I stood in this place for 10 days. Definitely was very quiet once in a while. You hear some noises, but that's expected on a busy area. Staff was very nice. Friendly and cyes housekeeping is very, very good. Check out was very easy. I will definitely repeat my visit

The property had roaches in the room. It was hard to reach someone at the front desk and it’s a bunch of cats that hang around the parking lot. The breakfast was horrible

Overall decent property needs updating missing, updated charging terminals microwaves, and overall just older outdated furnishings, but very clean. I would stay here again. The only other issue there was went down for breakfast and by the time I got there a little after eight everything was gone. So, perhaps monitoring the breakfast, would ensure food for all guests
