Extremely Disappointing Experience. Do Not Stay Here! Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and money. Book somewhere else! Our experience at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable from beginning to end. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and have an unpleasant odor. The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and, at times, downright inappropriate. Their complete lack of customer service made an already terrible experience even worse. The bathroom door in our room was broken, the television and remote did not work, and housekeeping did a half-hearted job even after we specifically requested their services. The overall condition of the room and the lack of attention to basic maintenance and cleanliness were unacceptable. To make matters significantly worse, our vehicle was broken into while parked on the hotel property. This raised serious concerns about the safety and security of the premises. We originally booked a five-night stay, but the experience was so awful that we left after just two nights That alone should tell you how unacceptable the conditions were. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and dissatisfied we were with this property. Between the poor accommodations, rude staff, inadequate housekeeping, broken amenities, and serious security concerns, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This property does

This was a decent stay in spite it being across the street from the tenderloin district. This best western hotel was practical for me since I was attending an event in the civic center area and was only about a 5-7 minute walk near Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Be aware it is a little shady at night so try to do any walking activities before night time. Breakfast buffet is filling and consists of continental breakfast items , self-serve waffles, and microwave made eggs and breakfast sides. Hotel surroundings not so good. Not in a good neighborhood. Breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful. Longer than normal waits for elevator. Parking very tight.
