The place was very nice. I love the suite with two large TVs. I could cast my streaming shows to the rooms large screens. I will go back

Although the place was beautiful we were highly disappointed in our stay. The food court restaurants were only open at certain times. Forget about getting food at 3pm. We needed help with an umbrella at the pool and were refused help. You will be charged $45 a day for a resort fee. Do research on it first; wish we would have. Total scam!! You are given coupons for drinks but end up paying for them in the resort fees. Food prices are ridiculous for the amount and quality of food. We got ill from the oysters at Half Cracked. We ate at the resort 4 times and each time we were highly disappointed in the meals. While the resort is beautiful, it’s definitely not worth the money!

Some of the front desk staff were very unhelpful. Ask for a manager if you receive treatment. I pulled up my Expedia Reservation email that detailed the room that I reserved and they were very dismissive. Also I paid for my reservation in advance and found a $900 charge on my account.
