The front clerk had a hard time understanding our requests but was patient with the process of communication and we eventually got something that did work for us even though it wasnt what we reserved. The whole place was really clean and smelled great. Lots of food nearby

Staff was not helpful. Room was clean, but the power flickered off at 6:00 am!

The trip to Champagne was good but the stay at the Hotel was not what we expected the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been the food was not good. The Hotel needs an overhaul. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I love🙏
