I was disappointed to see a sign when we checked in that the pool was closed until further notice. Also there was painting going on in the hall way to our room. We stayed in a suite. The space was huge. There's a large living room area with a fold-out bed, several comfortable chairs, full kitchen, bathroom with a great hot shower, and a bedroom with an additional TV and very comfortable bedding. The room was actually great. The staff was very helpful. I wanted a blanket for the fold-out couch. The staff member immediately got a blanket and additional sheets and a quilt. Then he asked if we needed more pillows or anything else. I can't say enough positive about the staff. Check-in was a breeze. If it wasn't for the closed pool and remodeling I would have given 5 stars. I'm sure once the remodeling is completed and the pool is re-opened that this will be a 5 star hotel.

This hotel is in the process of renovating and the renovations are beautiful. The furniture, bathroom, light fixtures and kitchen in the room are all visually appealing, new and modern. The breakfast buffet was abundant, delicious and organized thanks to Minerva. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue was the bed. I didn’t get a restful night because the bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable presumably because it is a new mattress.

When I stayed in 20/20 I enjoyed my stay but I doubt that I would stay here again. 1st room I was assigned the carpet in hallway leading to the room had lots of stains and the end of hall roped off with yellow wet sign, which remained my entire stay. Walked in the room and cigarette smell hit me soon as I opened the door and blacks marks all over the carpets 2nd room was better. It looked better and cleaner, definitely smelled better but still had a large black mark on carpet. They claimed they ran out of the do not disturb or enter hangers / magnets. I Asked several days no magnet I had to leave a piece of paper in the door. When I went downstairs 1st night to ask for magnet no one was at the desk. They were all out of complimentary toothbrushes and had none in the small hotel store that I could purchase. The tv in the living room did not work. 2nd night called down 2xs about tv no answer. Went downstairs no one at the desk

Not happy with the stay as they advertise the rooms are smoke free and 4 sleeps turn out to be opposite and did not do any resolution for first night and end up sleeping in sofa. Second day they gave other room but still the hotel rooms are having similar smoke smells and not appropriate family stay. It was an average place.

This was my first time staying here and I must say this was one of the best places that I have ever stayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everywhere you looked it was clean and the breakfast buffet was great! I will definitely make this my place to stay every time I need to come this way.

Outside of hotel looks very nice. The inside looks nice. The rooms are old and need to be renovated. There were some stains in the carpet and some items were very dusty in room. It was noisy in the mornings and someone was drilling or doing something in the room next to us that sounded like construction. Breakfast was average. Bacon was very good and fresh bread.

It was absolutely wonderful!! Breakfast was great everyday! We loved the set up of the room - bedroom was separate from living room space so we didn’t disturb each other if someone was still asleep. TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Kitchen area was great. The only drawback was the island for dining. You could not sit comfortably at the island because there was no place to put your feet. Your feet were squished between the chair and the wall of the island. Hotel was very clean. Will absolutely stay here again.

I wish I could share photos. The hotel reeks of sick building syndrome. The first room they put me in smells of cigarettes and smoke. Disgusting. The 2nd room they put me in the bathroom had a leak and there was black mold all around the unpainted walls surrounding the bathtub and shower.there were no lights in the bedroom lamps and it smelled bad. The third room was a little better at least I could take a shower in it. The smell was not as bad. I’ll be asking for a refund for this stay. This was highly unexceptable

We stay several times at this property. It’s convenient for us staying in the north Brunswick area. Room is on the small side, but comfortable. Bed it’s definitely small, not a queen but maybe a full size. Will be nice to have some support pillows options, pillows are feather pillows. Bed it’s comfortable. Bathroom fan was very dusty, and cold no heat in bathroom. Bedrooms are very outdated. Breakfast basic, can be more warmed. Coffee station at the lobby was warm, not during breakfast hours. Staff is friendly and attentive. Walking distance to restaurants and bus stop to nyc. Conveniently located off route 1.

Staff was very friendly but we cut our stay to only one night and went to another hotel. Rooms are dark and dingy. Beds and pull out was awful. Said Queen beds but lucky if it was double. Our shower did not work at all. Had neither water pressure or hot water. Was forced to go down the street and join a gym at 1am to use their shower just to wash shampoo out of hair. Management refused to reimburse me or change rooms then became hostile. We left half way through stay because of the conditions and Management. When I stayed in 20/20 I enjoyed my stay but I doubt that I would stay here again. 1st room I was assigned the carpet in hallway leading to the room had lots of stains and the end of hall roped off with yellow wet sign, which remained my entire stay. Walked in the room and cigarette smell hit me soon as I opened the door and blacks marks all over the carpets 2nd room was better. It looked better and cleaner, definitely smelled better but still had a large black mark on carpet. They claimed they ran out of the do not disturb or enter hangers / magnets. I Asked several days no magnet I had to leave a piece of paper in the door. When I went downstairs 1st night to ask for magnet no one was at the desk. They were all out of complimentary toothbrushes and had none in the small hotel store that I could purchase. The tv in the living room did not work. 2nd night called down 2xs about tv no answer. Went downstairs no one at the desk

I was disappointed to see a sign when we checked in that the pool was closed until further notice. Also there was painting going on in the hall way to our room. We stayed in a suite. The space was huge. There's a large living room area with a fold-out bed, several comfortable chairs, full kitchen, bathroom with a great hot shower, and a bedroom with an additional TV and very comfortable bedding. The room was actually great. The staff was very helpful. I wanted a blanket for the fold-out couch. The staff member immediately got a blanket and additional sheets and a quilt. Then he asked if we needed more pillows or anything else. I can't say enough positive about the staff. Check-in was a breeze. If it wasn't for the closed pool and remodeling I would have given 5 stars. I'm sure once the remodeling is completed and the pool is re-opened that this will be a 5 star hotel.

This was my first time staying here and I must say this was one of the best places that I have ever stayed. All was fine the only problem was that there was food left in the microwave and when brought to attention of the front desk the woman was a bit snooty and short tempered. Also the room was freezing the fan was not set on auto. Otherwise everything else was fine

This hotel is in the process of renovating and the renovations are beautiful. The furniture, bathroom, light fixtures and kitchen in the room are all visually appealing, new and modern. The breakfast buffet was abundant, delicious and organized thanks to Minerva. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue was the bed. I didn’t get a restful night because the bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable presumably because it is a new mattress.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. It’s not kid friendly. We got a phone call from the front desk because my grandson was crying because he got hurt and then we had a manager come to the door and ask us about our stay like when were we leaving. I decided to leave Early after receiving that visit I was truly offended and uncomfortable and no longer wanted to stay at this property. The bedroom was so cold we had to sleep with our jackets the next morning. I did let the front desk clerk know she did offer to switch our rooms out, but we just moved all things in because of that I decided not to move. The tub was clogged as well so water was being backed up when we took shower so overall, it was a bad experience. I checked out 5 :45 the next day of staying extremely disappointed and was a waste of my hard earned money n time

There were a few things that could be improved on such a placement of microwave, the garbage disposal, and painting was not Secure on the wall. It took 2 days for maintenance to come fix the garbage disposal. Other than my overall stay was amazing and I would come back again.

The lobby and dining area was elegant and the breakfast options were better than that in other hotels. The lady serving breakfast was exceptionally friendly and helpful to my son who wanted to make a waffle. My son also enjoyed the indoor pool. The bedroom suite was also nice, although the mattress could have been a bit firmer. I would stay again.

It was absolutely wonderful!! Breakfast was great everyday! We loved the set up of the room - bedroom was separate from living room space so we didn’t disturb each other if someone was still asleep. TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Kitchen area was great. The only drawback was the island for dining. You could not sit comfortably at the island because there was no place to put your feet. Your feet were squished between the chair and the wall of the island. Hotel was very clean. Will absolutely stay here again.

Overall a good stay. Nice clean and big rooms (1 bed room suite). Good spacious bathrooms and common living area. Comfortable bed. The breakfast bar was good too. But the coffee needs to be refilled and served hot during rush hours in morning. I missed getting a good hot coffee at the breakfast bar. No other concerns.

Kitchen , full refrigerator and electric stove are great facilities. I stayed studio room with my dog. And it was comfortable and relaxed with large sofa and bed.
