The staff was wonderful and all polite. Our room was clean, but the bathtub did not drain and the stopper was broken. The cleaning people had to have known as it was broken and sitting in the tub off of the drain. Treadmill was broken, but the other equipment was clean and working great. The warm food was actually cold. And when my daughter went for breakfast at 8:30 the fridge was empty and all muffins were gone. No one was around for her to tell so she just went without the supplied breakfast.

No fitness center. It says they have one but they don’t. Indoor pool was pretty big, hot breakfast was good. Room was big and nice and clean. Overall it was excellent. Disappointing about the fitness center seeing as how there were pictures showing one but I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it. And the place isn’t that big. But value or the $ was excellent.

When I arrived, it took four tries to get a room that had been cleaned from the previous night. The pool and gym were good, except the treadmill was out of order. The room I ended up in was clean and comfortable. But the TV & remote had issues with changing the channel. The breakfast was basically non-existent. Coffee, small muffins, yogurt, cereal but no milk. Definitely not what was in the picture. Maybe they have a staff shortage or management issues.

Ran out of hot water even just washing my hands. Toilet in my room took at least 3 flushes to get pee down. Was not a smoke free facility. Worker smoking in entrance way right next to the front desk and it smelled horrible of smoke in my room. Pool was dirty and cloudy.

I would like to give may be half star or even quarter star. When checked in, front desk assigned a room, It s very bad and not cleaned, sheets n towels are on floor and tissues everywhere in bathroom. Then they assigned another room, its like 100 degrees in the room. And toilet is not working. Front desk said, they dont have house keeping available and she told me that she can give me a plumger to use it on toilet myself. What the heck.. Then they assigned a third room which has dirty toilet again. She said its missouri water causing the dirtiness. Silly excuse to make. Overall, her comment is its old hotel and cant expect a clean and tidy room. We have asked to cancel and refund. She called her manager and spoke for 10 mins. Then she told us that they will cancel on their end but since we booked it thru hotels.com, she asked us to contact hotels.com for refund. Opened a request with hotels.com and waiting for refund. Never will book again with this hotel. Poor management and cleanliness.

I stayed two nights. The bed was ok, but definitely well worn and in need of being replaced. The room appeared clean, but smelled very dirty, almost to the point it was irritating to my sinuses and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. I didn’t use the pool because it looked murky and figured if they weren’t able to clean a room, I wasn’t going to take a chance with the pool! The breakfast was horrible too, except for the waffles, which are the same ones you make in any hotel. Only good thing I can say was that the staff was friendly and seemed to be doing the best they could with a run down hotel. This was by far the worse Quality Inn I’ve stayed in and won’t be staying again! I think it’s time they sold this location to Motel 6 and drop the room rates in half.

THe bathroom was dirty, hair all over the place, on the toilet, shower. Mirror. Told front desk, he seemed like he didn't know what to do. He went to clean it, but didn't really offer any sort of apology. Paid $165 a night for a less than acceptable room.

Check-in was fast and easy. Our room was comfy but the shower water near really got hot. And the lights between the beds did not work properly. We tried different light bulbs from the front desk but the lights would either blink like at a rave or not work at all. If you open or close the fridge it would mess up the TV. Clearly, our room had electrical issues. But breakfast was very good.

Overall not a bad hotel kind of stuck in the eighties. Hotel is very dark which give it a shady dirty grundgie feel. Need to brighten things up. TV didn't always have sound and had limited channels. And WiFi wouldn't let me log in at all. Staff was great and prices were very cheap. They should upgrade the whole plaiand could charge a little more. All and all we got what we paid for. The best part was the beds were very comfortable.

Didn't see the gym but I also was only there for a few nights and was around the base more than I was at the hotel. It's a good place to stay. I'm normally iffy about hotels but I liked this one. The only problem I had was the people above me and next to me were really noisy the 2 different nights I stayed there.

The beds in both of my rooms were very uncomfortable! They were very firm, stiff and hard. The first room's tub was clogged and slow to drain. I made a request to change rooms. The attendant immediately changed my room. This tub was fine and drained correctly. However, the bed was hard and stiff as well! I think this hotel may need to replace the mattresses to ensure the guest's comfort.

Went to grab something from the breakfast area on Saturday morning (approx 8am) and there was a bunch of things that were out. No waffles, bread, muffins, and multiple other things. End door didn’t work to come in from parking lot and when I reported it to the front desk because I thought it was a key issue, she told me the scanner at that door doesn’t work and they should have told me that when I checked in. Hot water Saturday morning but no hot water Sunday morning for my shower. NONE. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to base. Pool but no hot tub. Real close to walk to Z Bar & Grill which had great food. The price was great but next trip I will probably pick somewhere else. I really like to take a shower in the morning to start my day.

When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied. After a 14 hour drive it took the staff another 20 minutes to get us a room that was cleaned. The sheets were dirty and the room was filthy. The TV didn’t work. Then when it was ‘fixed’ it never turned off. There were multiple outlets that did not work in the room. It is not an 8 star hotel as the reviews state. It’s a low quality hotel for a high price.

This stay was awful because of the staff. My daughter in law extended our stay by a day and they charged her double. When she tried to get a refund because she was charged the extra amount, they gave her the runaround. They said that they refunded it but have not as of yet and it has been over a month since we stayed there. Apparently that hotel is now under new management and they say they cannot help her because they show that she already had been refunded. She has sent in bank statements to show. She has not received any money and they still refused to assist or fix the problem that they created.

Waited at the front desk for check in for 30 minutes before someone came to check us in and then took 30 more minutes to check us in. No hot water in the building for our entire stay and no elevator to haul our luggage to the second floor. Rooms were not clean. Very loud in the evenings when your trying to sleep.

We never stayed. The staff at the front desk was very rude and needs customer service training. She said she had a toothache when I asked her was she ok. If you aren’t feeling well then you should stay home. Your customer service doesn’t go out the window because you don’t feel good. She didn’t even acknowledge us when we were standing right in front of her. There was also a pipe that burst on the first floor and made a lot of the rooms smell like mildew. She did offer to move everyone to the upper level but we just chose to leave.

When we first got to the hotel the girl didn't know what she was doing. She ran my card twice. Last morning got a call at 7am saying my card would not go through and I needed to bring another card. I let them know I would not provide another card when it had already been paid. They continued to say they wanted another card or the same card to run again. Just so we could leave I paid in cash. Got the bill and reciept signed and dated.This is ridiculous and I am not the only one this has happened too at this Quality Inn! I dont usually put reviews but I dont want this to happen to anyone else! Breakfast was substandard. Light over sink didnt work. Would not recommend to anyone!

This is my second stay at this hotel in less than 2 weeks. The staff and manager on duty when above and beyond to deal with the case that the breakfast cook did not show up. I appreciate this and would recommend this hotel to others

I was charged double for my stay. I called to have my money refunded, they stated I had to speak to the manager which she wasn’t there when I called then I was transferred to a voicemail and I left her a message explaining the situation I never heard from anyone I ended submitting a dispute with my bank I will never stay there again and go thru the stress of getting my money refunded

Quick and easy check in. Well stocked breakfast with hot items. Room was clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Great sized indoor pool for the kids. Overall nice stay and convenient to the interstate.

Small staff seems overwhelmed. Breakfast was waffles and cereal and pastries. I miss the biscuits and gravy and eggs and sausage. $25 incidental charge at check in they said would be removed at check out. It was. First time I heard of that Perfect location for my road trip and close to many restaurants.

For the cost it was great. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but the shower was hot. Disappointed that they didn't have the hot breakfast on Sunday, but the waffle maker worked and the assortment of cold breakfast was good.

I chose this hotel becauae of its ratings and was let down. The hotel is shabby & our bed was not comfortable. Possibly the worst hotel pillows ever - a three on a king bed were different sizes and thicknesses. All the staff we encountered were crabby like they didnt want to be there. They did the bare minimum and it showed. The hotel adveritises breakfast...and did not provide it consitently for our stay, either not having hot items each day or running out hours before the 930 am cut off time. We had to go out for breakfast two days. A bummer of a stay and I wont choose again nor recommend this hotel.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was just right as far as firmness. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The facility's listing indicated a hot breakfast for guests. The "hot breakfast" consisted of waffles and toast along with cold cereal. There was no orange juice, just water coming out of the orange juice dispenser. The juice machine did have water and apple juice available from other dispensers. Pictures representing the facility are stock photos from corporate web sites. There were no eggs nor breakfast meats on the breakfast line as indicated in the photos. Because of there being no decent breakfast offered, I don't think we'll be staying at this facility in the future.

My family was here for basic training graduation. I would think this hotel would be aware of the up tick in traffic and plan accordingly but that didn't seem to be the case. The front desk was understaffed and frazzled (understandably so). There was no cook for breakfast (apparently they quit and I can understand why) so the first day an employee put out one container of poorly cooked eggs, a container of poorly cooked gravy, a dozen rock hard mini muffins and 8-10 cold biscuits for an entire hotel! The employee quickly took off after setting out this food. Breakfast on my second day was made but there were no plates and after waiting an hour for plates we decided McDonalds was a better option. The pool had so much chlorine that everyone who had contact with it was sneezing and coughing most of the night--you could hear them through the paper thin walls and ceiling. The hotel was clean-ish. It's hard to tell if a hotel is clean when it's so rundown and/or in need of repairs. Everything seemed old and in need of refurnishing. For example the lobby chairs were broken, there were many broken and discolored ceiling tiles, stained carpeting, the recliner in my room was peeling and impossible to put back into a seated position after being reclined, etc. Overall, this was the most expensive cheap hotel I have ever stayed at! For $250 a night I usually get very nice suites, not cramped double queens. I will say that housekeeping was WONDERFUL. SOO nice!
