Stayed 2 nights

I honestly don’t think I would choose to stay here again. I wasn’t sure about it when booking but I thought “hey, it’s a hotel by Raddison”, it can’t be that bad right? I was mostly wrong. The good: >The staff were all nice and welcoming. >The beds were clean and the towels were clean. >The cost was good and it was easy to find/get to. >The a/c did work. The bad: >The floors were carpet and filthy. Visibly filthy. Bring slippers. >The bathroom door in our unit would not close. >There was a place for a refrigerator but no refrigerator. >There were supplies for coffee on our counter but no coffee pot in the room. >Their breakfast consists of some packaged muffins, coffee and I think there was some fruit there. Not enough to really suffice but maybe a snack. If you are on a budget and expect a 2 star hotel, then you will be fine. It’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Stayed 1 night

It's a dump. Run. They've tried to make "updates", but it's basically a terrible paint job and poorly laid flooring. The outlets next to the bed didn't work. The ceiling in the bathroom was sagging with big chunks missing from the plaster. The parking lot is filled with terrible potholes and a full dumpster with a an old set of box springs laying out. The scary part was that they led me to the room to make sure I was willing to stay before I actually checked in. I have NEVR been shown a room during the check in process. I felt like I was in a horror movie being led down a long hallway to my death. I was a woman, alone with a strange man. It was creepy. I only chose to stay because I had no other options - the prices in town for that night were astronomical because of the Steelers game the next day.

This hotel is under construction. There is nothing stated on the site when you book your reservation. There were numerous boxes of furniture, construction, dust, and a multitude of many other factors making this place, very dirty and unkept. I stated to the staff that it could be a liability if somebody fell into some of the stored debris all over the hallways on both the second and third floor. They apologized and said, maybe they would have everything put back together by the time I had my next visit. Personally, I will not go back there. They were just very interested in making sure you kept your reservation so they got the money. I would love to follow up with this, I have pictures to back any questions that may arise from such a terrible review. But I did tell the staff it was not a good stay.
