Stayed 1 night

No staff to be found. Waited 25+ minutes before a front desk host arrived to tend to the customers. Lobby was full of people that were waiting to be checked in at 10pm. Room was nice, but when it came to check out- again, no staff to be found. Waited almost an hour along with other customers looking for assistance. Never saw anyone. Multiple customers just had to leave their room keys on the desk. No help button, no answering phone calls, like whoever was working just left.

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was dirty, the floor had blood drops on it, hair from previous guests on the floor. The staff was rude when I asked about more coffee creamer. The walls were thin, heard a dog barking most of the night. In fact, the day we checked out, no staff was to be found! There was no staff on the property. I will never stay there again!

Very thin walls and floor. Bathroom door handle came in hand when trying to open door from the inside. Other than that, room was clean and neat. Coffee machine outside did not have options.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean and very cozy. Hopefully it remains this way for future years.
