Hotel is under remodeling, pool closed breakfast area, plastic everywhere when you arrive and no where was this mentioned on website when making reservations. Also there was a high school wrestling team there and some above us who practiced apparently their throw down moves late in the night Called the front desk twice and one in morning. Two nights of not much rest and sleep!

Morgan at the front desk was super helpful and polite. She went above and beyond making sure we were happy with our stay. She alone is enough to give a solid 5 star rating. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The pool was clean. Only downside was the hot tub is no longer there. They filled it in. Everything else was awesome.

Chose this hotel for its pool. We were teaveling bCk home and this was a good place to stop for the evening. We were dissappinted to find the pool.was closed - out of service - this should be noted and updated on the website as some.people choose their stay location based on ameneties. Needless to say i had a sad 9 year old and couldnt relax in the hot tub myself.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much, the breakfast staff and the good were very nice. Clean dinning area. Front desk receptionist and manager were welcoming friendly and attentive always answered all of our questions with respect and knowledge. The room did smell some what moldy that's the only down side of the hotel but it wasn't an over barring smell it was torable. The pool was area was clean and enjoyable for my family and I we had a nice family trip. I definitely recommend the hotel

The hotel was awesome. The 3 stars is for the pool. We stayed at this hotel for my grandchildren to swim in the pool. I called 2 day prior to my stay to make sure the pool was good. They said it was and when we arrived at the hotel to swim, the heater on the pool was broken. Making it impossible to swim. VERY disappointing.

The only issue we had was the second day we were there the pool had so much chlorine added everyone who went into the pool ended up coughing and not being able to breathe out of my family and my sisters. Plus other guests around us. I ended up with a migraine from the pool chemicals but it was nice service

Room was not the cleanest. Dirty handprints prints on door, some type of grime closet door that could easily transfer onto clothes. And worst of all urine on the toilet seat. Just by viewing you could tell some areas of the room had not been looked over to clean.

I love the staff great customer service What I did not like was the sheets did not smell good they had a odor and the pillows was horrible I woke up with my neck hurting this morning and the ice machine was not working on my floor so I had to walk to the other floor just to get ice twice!!!!

This is our third time staying here, and we have always had a positive experience, the only small issue is the air conditioner in our room did not cool very well and it was slightly warmer than we are accustomed to. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I was very upset that I didn’t get any sleep and I had to cancel going to the even I drove here for to begin with. Also the air conditioner shut off in the middle of the night and the room got really hot. We were miserable staying at this property.

We were moved 3 times into different rooms and never could reach front desk with the phone in the final room. The front desk also charged my credit card when the room was reserved with Expedia. The charge was eventually refunded but a very poor experience at the front desk. We eventually stayed in room 326.

Room reserved wasn’t what was selected. Hotel changed it and still wasn’t right. Reserved King studio suite, room reserved was a queen double suite. Asked for studio king suite and it was changed but to king suite handicap accessible

Hotel is currently going under renovations our room upon arrival was very clean and nice, but when we turned on the heater, it sparked and wanted to catch fire, but we were immediately moved to another room and power to that room was turned off for safety until electricians could get a better look. I think the front desk is understaffed. It was very slow check in process with one person behind the desk and some of the machines did not work on the floors but it is a nice hotel. It looks nice it was clean and the people were very nice. I think once the renovations are done it will be a very nice place to stay.

It was clean, but is obviously an older property. The shower in my room didn’t work properly but I reported it as I was checking out. They made a note of it so that it can be repaired. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I did think it was pricey for what I got. However, it was within walking distance of the hospital that my mom was in.
