The hotel was clean and in very good condition. The staff were great. The downside was the noise from bar above. Each morning I was woken up at 7 AM by chairs moving and the cleaners working.

First, the pros— The hotel was overall clean and provided the basics one would expect: fridge in the room; big king-sized bed; TV; shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was a nice Nespresso machine with coffee and creamer/sugar provided. Everyone we interacted with was polite and friendly. It's in a superb location with easy access to the beaches, tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. The cons— Unfortunately, the ice machine is on the fourth floor, the sundries were in a shop attached to the hotel that is open 24 hours and a bottle of wine will cost you $50. No water was provided in the room. We could hear everything outside and from other rooms, like people walking around, toilets flushing, anyone walking past even with the air on and windows shut. There was a bit of a "sea view" from the room if you looked directly out one corner window. The balcony on the first floor was shared by all the rooms, not separate. In all, I would not stay here again at the price charged. I get the location is ideal. However, if one is being active in the area and only sleeping at the hotel, the cost charged was far beyond the amenities offered. I was charged over $400 for one night in a room that felt like an updated motel room.

On the floor above our “deluxe” room is a restaurant. All evening long, and well into the night, we heard tables and chairs being dragged around. We mentioned this multiple times to staff. They acknowledged our concerns and promised to contact the appropriate parties. Nothing happened. I infer that the hotel management had no control over the restaurant. We would never return; there are plenty of better choices.
