Sehr gut zu erreichen, sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist auf dem Zimmer, was nicht ganz so schön war, ansonsten aber sehr empfehlenswert. Der Runner ist das Rooftop mit Whirlpool und Blick auf die Akropolis, wirklich sensationell 👍

The 47 Luxury Suites property was a wonderful stay for us in Athens. Our room was spacious, and the bed was extraordinarily comfortable, more than my bed at home! The included breakfast in our room was a very nice touch and we also enjoyed the rooftop hot-tub. The staff taking care of our visit were so helpful and even gave us lists of their local recommendations! We felt so welcome here and would absolutely stay again.

Excellent stay at 47 Luxury suites. Hosts are super friendly and helpful and easily contactable. Location is convenient for Metro, local restaurants or walking into the centre. Stayed in maisonette which was clean and contemporary in design. Loved the terrace area with private hot tub belonging to maisonette. 5 stars all around.

We loved staying at this property. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We loved that there was a gym and a roof deck (with a great view of the Acropolis) in the building. We found it to be an easy walk to lots of restaurants, and the hosts were great. We felt like the area was safe also. Overall, it was excellent.

We just stayed in the suite on 1st floor for two nights. 7 people. There are two rooms with a double bed in each and in the living room the couch turned into two single beds and front desk put in a stand alone single foldable bed. 5 minute walk from a square with many fancy cafes and restaurants and metro. Me and my 7 year old used the jacuzzi in the rooftop which is open 24/7 … we were here in July.. the jacuzzi was turned off but maintained a temp of 34 degree .. we used it to cool off!! It was clean and bubble function worked and the outdoor showers all worked and so clean. The apt had three AC that kept it pleasant and most importantly they were silent!! Our apartment was wonderful! It has the privacy, spaciousness and amenities of a nice little rental, with the service perks of a hotel. Sotiris met us at the desk, he was so kind and took the time to walk us through a map of the city and give great recommendations. The metro is right down the street, but it’s also an easy 20ish minute walk to central Athens (and there are other bars/restaurants even closer). The rooftop is lovely with Acropolis view. We loved it here, wish we’d had more time and will definitely come back.

The apartment was immaculate. Very spacious and beautifully appointed. We were greeted at the front desk by Santiris. I hope I spelled his name correctly. He could not have been more courteous and helpful with helping us plan our few days in Athens. I highly recommend these apartments. Just a few blocks from the Metro station with wonderful local restaurants around the area.

The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and inviting. I really wanted to give 5 stars because the staff was just so amazing. However, the room had some issues. The main being the faucet in the bathroom wasn’t attached, the drain in the shower didn’t drain right leaving standing water, the pendant lighting had a thick layer of dust on the rope part. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

The people were wonderful at the Suites, but it was loud with cars and trains going by as it's right on a major avenue. No reading lights by the bed and the sheets were not the right size so they kept slipping off. It was clean and stylish, the location was excellent. But with the noise I can't see us staying there again.

The apartment was quite big but noisy. Perhaps is was the AC compressor? The noise would come and go many times during the night. The interior is worn but the bathroom is ok. The room was offered with a large discount. However, even the reduced price was too high for the standard of the room. This actually feels like a sort of scam. Area is very good.

Lovely and spacious apartment perfect for a family. Reception was great and very accommodating. Short walk to metro and a number of great dining options. Supermarket also close. Only con was the double/queen bed was not very comfortable (sink into very soft mattress which wasn’t good for the back).

It was fine for one night to fit a family. Would not stay long term. Did not look as nice as described. But was fine for last day before airport. Area unsafe. Our taxi driver was nervous to leave us there as the doors weren’t open yet to let us in. Communication was ok, but there was confusion. I personally won’t stay anywhere again without a full time reception desk with a family.

Desde una semana antes el administrador, Alex, se puso en contacto conmigo, me ayudó a reservar el transporte del aeropuerto, me dio recomendaciones de la ciudad, me esperó en la propiedad y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento.

Hat gut geklappt. Informationen waren ausreichend. Lage ganz nahe zu Metro M3 Station. TV Empfang war anfänglich schlecht, worauf eine spezielle Antenne installiert wurde, die das Problem löste. Zimmer war sauber, aber leider kein Zugang mit Lift. Mit schweren Koffern mühsam. Rezeption nicht immer besetzt. In nächster Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants.

This property is right in the middle of a neighborhood that is currently transforming into a more hip neighborhood. There is a lot of graffiti on the walls, sometimes giving it an unsafe appearance. However, there are many great restaurants and transportation is very close by. Our condo was perfect for three/four people. Although we booked for six people, the other two people would have to sleep in the living room area. Otherwise, there are two bedrooms which sleep four very comfortably.

The apartment is very fresh and clean and it was nice with a jacuzzi on the roof. The area is a bit shabby and there is a walking distance of about 20 minutes to the city center, but it is also close to the metro. We used the apartment only for sleeping and breakfast. We were surprised when the breakfast was stored in the room and not a buffet in a restaurant, but it was easy to ask for refills between the days. Due to the distance to the city centre we usually only arrived late at night instead of freshening up before dinner.

Friendly front desk, but the neighborhood looks unsafe, children in another room jump up and down and the floor was creating noisy like a bomb all the time shaking the room. Asked for extension of the room for one hour late check out due to harbor check in at 1pm but cleaner come still come to check at 11am, not a pleasure experience to stay in this place

Our apartment was wonderful! It has the privacy, spaciousness and amenities of a nice little rental, with the service perks of a hotel. Sotiris met us at the desk, he was so kind and took the time to walk us through a map of the city and give great recommendations. The metro is right down the street, but it’s also an easy 20ish minute walk to central Athens (and there are other bars/restaurants even closer). The rooftop is lovely with Acropolis view. We loved it here, wish we’d had more time and will definitely come back.

Sehr gut zu erreichen, sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist auf dem Zimmer, was nicht ganz so schön war, ansonsten aber sehr empfehlenswert. Der Runner ist das Rooftop mit Whirlpool und Blick auf die Akropolis, wirklich sensationell 👍

Traveling to Europe has been an incredible experience but if a traveler is expecting lodging as though it was their home then traveling to old world isn’t for you! The space was decorated modern it was spacious fantastic shower and the location was fantastic!!! Close to food Metro and most of all walking distance to past history! I shopped had cultural experiences I will never forget ! The host was extremely generous with telling us how to enjoy Athens flawlessly ! 💯 I take my hat off ! Enjoy the entire apt and enjoy Athens Greece and take the metro and go to an island, come with an appetite for Charm and fresh foods

The 47 Luxury Suites property was a wonderful stay for us in Athens. Our room was spacious, and the bed was extraordinarily comfortable, more than my bed at home! The included breakfast in our room was a very nice touch and we also enjoyed the rooftop hot-tub. The staff taking care of our visit were so helpful and even gave us lists of their local recommendations! We felt so welcome here and would absolutely stay again.

Lovely hotel in Athens, located in a great area for walking. the hosts were helpful, they provided a variety of food and drink items for breakfast. Ours was a suite, with two bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. This suite was only marginally more expensive than the 4-bed bedroom we'd originally booked.

We loved staying at this property. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We loved that there was a gym and a roof deck (with a great view of the Acropolis) in the building. We found it to be an easy walk to lots of restaurants, and the hosts were great. We felt like the area was safe also. Overall, it was excellent.

Lovely and spacious apartment perfect for a family. Reception was great and very accommodating. Short walk to metro and a number of great dining options. Supermarket also close. Only con was the double/queen bed was not very comfortable (sink into very soft mattress which wasn’t good for the back).

The apartment was well located and was easy to travel into Athens and Piraeous port. There was places to eat nearby although we didn’t use any. The gentleman who met us was super helpful. We loved the rooftop terrace to sit on when we returned from the city centre and see the view of the Acropolis.

This airbnb worked really well for our family of 5 - lots of space, 2 Bedrooms / 2 Baths and huge living area. The kitchen was very small but it worked for us to keep waters cold for our excursions. It isn't very centrally located so it took us a bit to find some food options but there is a great coffee / breakfast / lunch place just 2 blocks in back and a bakery that we loved! Everyone was so helpful. The property mgr brought us extra pillows when we asked, towels, etc. It wasn't really clear as far as how often the place would be cleaned so I would suggest sending an email to your guests about that schedule. The place could use a few more garbage cans too. Very limited places to toss garbage. Beautiful view of the Acropolis at night so we spent several evenings up on the rooftop! Overall, we were very happy.
