The hotel staff were so accommodating. Room was large and comfortable. Morning breakfast was very good with a nice variety of foods. This was my fault for not researching enough, but there was no pool for the children to enjoy and wasn't aware that there was a parking fee with taxes!

Room was nice, beds were comfortable, staff was accommodating with extra pillows and blankets for my kids who didn’t wanna share a bed, lol. Only thing I didn’t care for was at breakfast time. There is only 1 waffle maker. This weekend there was a high school football team that stayed friday night so Saturday morning at breakfast time, it took 45 minutes of waiting in line just to make 1 waffle. I had 3 to make for my kids. No whole milk options. Also, there is no pool, that was one reason 1 booked eats to take my kids swimming Friday until we get to the water park Saturday, but this location has no pool.

Arrived at hotel late afternoon checked in smoothly. Room felt musty, quickly discovered it had not been cleaned properly: hair in shower, used soap, unclean toilet bowl and more. Asked to switch rooms. Got a different room cleaner seemingly. Ventilation is poor and noise from railway outside woke us up several times in the night. Definitely not recommending this hotel or coming back.

The room was rundown, stains on the carpet & furniture. Extensive dust & dirt on the walls, vents, & ceilings. The “hot” breakfast items were inedible, cold, not fresh. Parking is an extra $60/per day. There were other customers smoking weed in the halls, rooms, & stairways at this “non-smoking” facility, which the staff did not care to do anything about. They also charged me for the room I had already paid for. They did refund the second charge but it shouldn’t have been charged initially to start with.

The back side of this hotel has a railroad track literally directly below the windows. Then we were booked in a room right behind the elevators. We could actually hear people talking on the elevators while in our room. The staff was very accommodating moving us down the hall away from the elevator but could not move us to the front of the building as they were booked almost to capacity. Our new room had a shower stall rather than a tub, and the floor of the shower looked like it had ground in dirt on the entire surface.

Suites are generally spacious and comfortable, but many rooms face active train tracks and some near elevators or HVAC are noisy, leading to disturbed sleep for light sleepers.

The only bad part about the stay were the trains (freight?) running from about 1230am onward, just about every hour, which would rumble and blow their horn, making it impossible to get a good nights sleep. Not sure if this is a nightly occurrence, since we were only there one night, but we wouldn't want to risk it again. It's a shame, because the hotel was nice, and the area around it was nice. Just the trains ruin any chance of sleep.

Stayed here for 2 nights as moved in our college student. Nice facility. Comfortable beds. Great bathroom with separate sink and mirror. Enough room for 6 (2 doubles and a daybed/couch with trundle. Breakfast was good and typical. Most Gluten free options would be nice. Very busy and hot weekend but water was often empty. Check in was easy. Cars are in a gated lot. Most cars were packed with colllege items. Felt safe. Train noise was minimal and dint bother us but we are not fussy. We did notice it but it didn’t wake us or keep us up. A few minutes from Pitt. Nice quiet corporate area. Across from American Eagle head quarters. Walked to Cheesecake Factory for dinner. Other options in a shopping area but limited. Some duck bowling and other taco options. Nice walk. Safe quiet area. Next to a park frequented by bikes and runners. Would stay again.
