The breakfast and afternoon cookies/cake were great. We enjoyed the staff, the quietness of the property, and the neighborhood.

Charming place, great location, everything worked. Room was a bit small, but it is a bed and breakfast so that is to be expected.

It's a very well-located, comfortable, clean, quaint property with very helpful staff and a great breakfast in the morning and cool little snack table/beverage area throughout the afternoon and all-night. I'm more of a hotel person, though, so some things about it weren't totally optimal for me. For instance, I'd rather have a lobby with a front desk staffed 24/7, but this was mostly contactless. And although I know that's how things are nowadays, I'm not crazy about it. Also, parking was just slightly on the tight side, but if most patrons park correctly (i.e., don't take up more than one space), it works out. Also there's no elevator (which the site alerted me to ahead of time), so if you're on the 3d floor you have to do some climbing. It's not that big of a deal, but one of the staircases leading to the 3d-floor is a bit narrow, if you have a large piece of luggage. Also, in my room there was no standard chair on which you can sit at a table and use your laptop or write notes, etc. (I had to work off-and-on during my visit, so this would've been handy). However there was a nice, large, easy chair, which I managed to use. But these were generally small things and probably not unexpected in a B&B. Like I said, I'm used to hotels. But within the framework of a B&B, I don't think you could do much better. Very pleasant, charming experience. So although there were a few small drawbacks (in my opinion), I nevertheless would give it 5 stars.
