The room was very clean, staff very friendly. The pool deck area is very relaxing and enjoyable. Food is great, service excellent. Great hotel all over

I was disappointed in this property, mainly with the friendliness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, the bell desk inside the lobby gave me a blank stare. Zero smile, zero greeting. It was a little shocking. The room service delivery man seemed like he didn’t bother want to be serving, making me feel awkward, and the barista at the cafe off the lobby the next morning again didn’t greet me in ANY way (no smile, no hello, absolutely zero communication) and was visibly very ill with a horrible cough still serving and preparing food. I just threw my guava pastry away I was so exasperated with hotel service at that point. Very disappointing for the price point of this hotel. The one staff member that stood out was my reflexology spa attendant who was very sweet.
