The hotel was very nice. Room was updated, clean and comfortable. Kimberly at check in was amazing and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond, will be coming back here for future stay. Highly recommend

New hotel, only a month since it's been open and so many things were not working. At check-in the clerk told me (and others) a list of things that weren't working or available. In my room, the refrigerator was broken and making all sorts of noise, keeping me awake at night. On checkout the clerk wanted to offer a refund but couldn't because I booked on hotels.com. The hotel is not easy to find as it's hidden behind a storage facility. There's 2 ways to get to it, one of a main road, the other is through an apartment complex's private road.
