Shelton Inn

The staff was friendly, easy checkin- and checkout. Being disabled, we had a floor unit which was easy to manage. After leaving we noticed that my cane had been left behind. I called and asked about having it sent to me C.O.D., Management carefully located it, and returned my call. They sent it and did so without any charge. I greatly appreciate their kindness. Genuinely referring anyone that is traveling thru Shelton to book into the friendly Shelton Lodge.

If yoire visiting Shelton, you have to stay st the Shelton Inn. We loved this hotel so much! Super accommodating as we drove in late from San Francisco, Ca! Lock box for keys. Rooms

Problem flushing toilet. Hard felt like you would break the handle. Multiple times I had to lift the lid to flush. Tub was dirty, mirror was dirty, can tab on floor, someone left a ring on the table light. Pillow case one was dirty. Multiple areas with rust and poorly maintained bathtub, trim. The light switch in bathroom turns on fan and light. No option for only light The fan in bathroom doesn't exhaust moisture. Greatful the was a window in bathroom Record player didn't work correctly. So useless. Mini frig didn't get cold. Plus its in a cabinet that's at foot of bed. Doors open opposite of each other. My reservation said breakfast serviced and coffee bar in lobby. Neither are offered. I asked for more than 2 coffee pods and creamer. Since coffees ☕️ bar was no offered. I was given a few of each. If they don't offer breakfast, they should offer coupons for restaurant. No kleenex tissues offered in room Bare minimum offered. Bed by bathroom ok. Bed by door and window very noisy uncomfortable. Solid base under bed. Something needs replaced From what I saw I'd recommend a better maintenance person or they need to update entire room. Places with missing paint and patch work. Over priced for what was provided. In my opinion If you dont mind a dity tub. Shower looses pressure. If someone turns on water nearby or next room. Not sure. I didn't appreciate having to lift lid on toilet to flush toilet. No one at lobby for check out. I called and dropped keys night bo

It's a really cool little place with a really delicious restaurant attached staff was great housekeeping did an awesome job my bed was so comfortable highly recommend 10 out of 10 to anybody who's going through Shelton.

Nice affordable place. Love the addition of a record player in the room, very fun and nostalgic, and they even provide a few records in the room! We checked in after hours so we couldn't pick any out, but very easy late check in routine.
