I paid over 500 some dollars to stay at your Petoskey hotel for two days . There was not even an elevator on the property. the coffee machine didn't work and there only one bottle of the water for the room - we had three in our party. it is a old hotel and not very comfortable for our stay .. Never come back there again..

From the moment we arrived everything was excellent! The front desk staff were helpful with any questions or needs. The rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. The lake view rooms upstairs are a must! The breakfast bar is open until 10 am.and plenty of options for everyone. They even offer a free limo service for local travel. How fun! The pool and hot tub are a nice size and wonderful. If your staying in Petoskey this is the place to be!

I traveled with my mother who is in her late 70’s then found out they don’t have an elevator. It was very hard for her to go up the stairs.

Tiffany and Brian were a wealth of info when it came to places to eat and where I might find Petoskey stones. The only complaint I had was the base of the toilet was not caulked. The commode was quite wobbly

The hotel was very clean, but it needs some updating. The first room had an odor because the A/C in the room was going bad. The staff was super helpful and switched us to a different room. The other room was better! The only issue it had was the mini fridge didn’t have a freezer (which the first one did-minor inconvenience) and the shower curtain was falling down in the bathroom so it didn’t close properly. The side entry door to the hotel was broken and didn’t close all the way. The continental breakfast had a great selection!! And the all day complimentary waters and coffee are a small amenity that goes a long way!!
