Room was not clean once I stayed there in room 104 for four days when I asked the front desk she said rooms only get cleaned once every 3 to 4 days. I reported the water in the shower would not regulate from hot to cold it was like full hot until at least for 20 minutes I reported it twice one person did like they wrote a note the second person did not write anything just said vetbaly I will let the owner know I could not go anywhere else it would be to far from where I wanted to fish ovet all very poor ans shamefull all around terrible responses and nothing done.

The picture was looking good but actual was not. Inside the Hotel was smelling awful and the room as well. They didn’t make my room at all. Went down the receptionist and she said the person who cleans the room was not showing up to work. Asked for the towels and they said you have to bring down the old towel in order get the new ones. It was terrible how the hotel ran the business as far as managing their staff. Not recommended for other to stay here unless have no other choices.

The property location was good for the purpose of my visit. However, we needed an earlier check in (By noon), but the room was not available until 2pm or so. For the check out, the hotel room had a reminder back to the door which stated that the checkout was at 12:00 hrs. The housekeeping and front desk, both visit out room and sai the checkout was at 11:00 hrs. During check in and check out, the front desk personnel is required to be gently and served Guest with courtesy and attention, nowadays, in general, it looks like people don't like their jobs but for working within hospitality sector, this must be an important factor to consider by the Owners when hiring new personnel. The rest was acceptable, hot water, clean room, and air conditioting. Many thanks
