We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Riu! Everything was excellent, from the food and drinks to the cleanliness, facilities, and outstanding service. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The only thing that could use improvement is the reservation system for the steakhouse restaurant. Reservations open at 12:00 AM, but by 12:05 AM, they are already fully booked, making it almost impossible to get a table. I believe the hotel should improve this system so guests have a fair opportunity to enjoy the restaurant. Other than that, everything was absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
