There wasn’t much parking because they are renovating but we had a quiet renovated room that was just what we needed. Breakfast had a lot of options. The pool and pool room were FREEZING! Right by a Buc-ees too! Good for a quick stay.

I understand that they are going through a renovation, however I don't think the water pressure will get better when the renovation is complete. A normal 10 minute shower ended up taking 20ish minutes. I don't believe it was advertised that their indoor pool was not heated. We would have stayed somewhere closer to our destination if we knew that the water would be too cold for our kids to enjoy it. If you go, take your own towels. They are very possessive about their towels. Twice I had to ask for more towels. There were three of us in our room and only three towels (we need about 5). They took our towels out of our room, but didn't replace them. Thank goodness there was some in the dryer, otherwise we couldn't have taken showers. On the very plus side, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent! I good spread every morning! With our family of 5, not having to get breakfast out every morning was such a financial blessing.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The building is going through some renovations and there were some rough spots in the common areas. Just a one-night stay, but we can recommend this hotel for travelers.

Breakfast was hot and pretty good! My kid enjoyed the pancake conveyor belt machine. Room was clean, fridge was cold, AC worked. Bed was soft. Room's floor was wood laminate/modern vinyl. Pool was clean and open. Hallway carpet was gross, but under construction. Area was convenient. Nice grassy area for walking the dog and they provided waste bags. Front desk accommodated my request to be away from the elevator, my preference at every hotel since I have sensitive hearing, easily disturbed by noise.

The staff was excellent. The whole reason we got the hotel room was because my kids wanted to swim. The pool was crap. It is oce cold. They said the heater was either low or not working. This was a total waste of money and time.

This hotel is in the middle of some renovations, so my guess is it will be much nicer when they're done. Its a bit dated and in need of the updates. The elevators are very slow!! This is a pet friendly hotel, so there was some barking off and on. They offered the usual hotel breakfast, but the food was hot, the coffee was good and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is quite modern and stylish. My room was very spacious and cleanly. My king sized bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and provided me with an awesome and much needed rest. Upon checking out, the awesome front desk manager gave me a goodie bag with water and candy that was a generous and welcome surprise. All in all, I had an AWESOME experience - especially for such a reasonable nightly rate.

When checking in, we had great customer service. Breakfast in the morning was good. However, as soon as we stepped into our room it absolutely reeked of cat urine. There was litter up the wall, on the dresser, and on the floor. My husband got deodorizer from the front desk but it didn’t really help. The smell was awful. There was mold in the shower as well on the corner shelves. I’m not sure if I would stay again because of this, despite the hospitality being good. I cannot get past the lack of cleanliness, especially because we have a 20 month old that was staying as well.

Front desk staff was super polite & competent. Room (2 queen) is clean but the bathroom needs attention. Tub drain is backing up, shower curtain is ripped, mold around the edges of the tub and wall and the shower head has only one setting - pelt you in the face with garden hose type pressure.

We had a wonderful stay here! Per other reviews, this hotel had been recently renovated and it showed!! At first glance you would think this is a newly built hotel. Our room was spacious and beautiful. There was a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. There were more than enough places/plugs for charging all our devices!! I loved how big the bathroom counter was! Breakfast was very good! Lots of good choices including scrambled eggs, a breakfast meat, biscuits and gravy, wafles, pancakes and more!! Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly!

About 30 min out they called and said the room I prepaid for was being remodeled. Asked if I would be ok with a King suite rather than the 2 Queen beds I reserved. I said sure as long as we had a pull out bed available. Room appeared to be nice. Pulled out the couch bed for my daughter and the mattress was blown out. Springs were sticking through and mattress was flat. Like a deflated air mattress. I asked front desk if we could get a different mattress or some extra comforters and she gave me a sheet, thin brown blanket, and a pillow with half the stuffing missing. It was terrible. I had to go and buy an air mattress from Walmart for $50. I wasn’t gonna let her sleep on that pull out and she surely wasn’t gonna sleep on the floor. I paid extra money to stay at this hotel thinking it would be one of the nicer ones in the area but I could have paid half the price somewhere else and gotten the room I had reserved. This place was overpriced and not worth the $100/+ I paid for it. I was very disappointed.

The hotel is in a great location, clean, and comfortable. Upon check-in, the receptionist was a bit rude. The only complaint is I followed the full instructions to check in online, and then once I arrived, it said I would have to pick the keys up, but I had to redo the entire process again either way, so it was a waste of time. They also double charged me the deposit, with no reason as to why and I am still waiting for those to be returned. Upon leaving, the housekeeping and the new lady at the front were very friendly, and overall, I will return as long as the deposit issue gets resolved.

I was a little upset when I received a call about my card declining especially when I was under the impression that the card I used was to hold the reservation and I would pay in full upon arrival (which I did), this is the reason I chose the location. It was also disturbing that there was a full remodeling going on and the handicap parking was blocked that was close to the door and I was not made aware of this. We had issues with our toilet and the service person seemed to be upset the second time he had to come up and said it was our fault for putting to much toilet paper in the toilet, he was very short and rude (it is 1 ply paper and there were three adults in the room). And we had issues getting enough towels during our stay. Over all besides all that the stay was nice.
