The front desk people were nice but they looked disheveled. The elevator was broken and you could come down on it not up from the lobby. The food area was dirty felt bad to the lady who was cooking and putting things out. She seemed like she was by herself and the hotel was full and it just made the area so messy. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We were there two days. When we checked in pool was closed for repair, thermostat in room was set at 61, and no tissue in bathroom. Room looked good and beds were comfortable. Discovered that WiFi didn’t work. Went to front desk and they said they would call service and then me. Never got call. In morning we discovered they had never cleaned bath tub. We are talking black stains and hair. We had a busy day planned and didn’t have time to change rooms. Do not plan to ever use Comfort again.

Clerk for checkout was outside smoking so we all had to wait. Holes in carpet patches on wall unpainted. Bathroom was nice. Side door wouldn’t open even with key card. Went to get ice Saturday night and ice room was locked and couldn’t find one on 2nd floor and 3rd floor was out of ice. Boo. Bed was very comfortable but lack of parking sucked. And on Saturday morning early someone tried to come in our door

While there the elevator stopped working pretty much every day, the lady at the front desk wasn’t the best at explaining why but just complaining about everything always breaks there. Every day we were there our key was erased so we had to get it reprogrammed every morning and one day we had to get it done twice. Another thing they do housekeeping upon request. We requested each morning and never got a single cleaning even after multiple requests and they would just say they didn’t have a cleaning crew show up that day. They have a place for towels outside by the pool, and when we went to the desk to let them know they were out they responded that they didn’t have time to go out there so if you want one then ask the front counter every time. Sounds like they just need help.

Absolutely disgusting. I moved rooms when I saw there was an adjoining room door that I couldn’t lock from my side which sketched me out. The next room I stayed in was so gross. Smelled bad, the shower was gross and dirty. Had hair all over the bathroom. Shower didn’t drain. My room also didn’t get cleaned so that was fun. I can’t stress enough how gross the bathroom and shower areas were. I felt dirtier after showering than before

I sincerely wish this app would let me post pictures. The comforter had blood stains on it, there was also blood spots on the bathroom floor. The tub would would not drain so there was old water and hair just sitting in the tub. There was not any toilet paper on the roll. The bathroom door would not close. The carpet had stains all over it. We checked out and went to another hotel. NEVER AGAIN would I stay in a comfort inn.

I checked in found my room and left to run errands. When I returned later -exhaisted after long drive and work day-ate. Had issues with tv-called the desk. Repote had a mystery substance on it and the other the back fell off when pucked up. Giant hand print on tv. Guy at desk stated they would bring new remotes tomorrow. Started to shower and noticed that things were not right. Faucet not cleaned and gross. Then noticed other things linkes subatamces on the wall, mold above the bathroom door. Clumps of hair and dirt on the floor here and there. Stains on the chair, bedding, desk. Looked around the mattress and the bedskirt corner had milddewed significantly. I tried to make other arrangement and packed my things that just unpacked. I couldnt stand to stay. I complained twice initially after thinking i wpuldnt have a choice but to stay. Then i decided, no way this terrible. I told the guy i just couldnt. He gave me a papaer with email to send my pics to. Apologized and I left.

Water pressure and air conditioner worked well. Everything else was horrible. Tons of noise, thin walls, stains on all the carpet, comforters, sheets. Mold under the desk and in the bathroom. Holes patched I ceilings and not finished. Front desk service was terrible. We will never stay at a comfort suites again

Carpet in room was discussing. Bathroom was nasty, I didn’t shower due was afraid to step in shower floor. Only one roll of toilet paper and coffee maker was setting on bathroom counter. Had family member in other room which wasn’t clean food on floor and bad smell in room, was offered other room and condition was worse along with blood stains on bedsheets. I’ll never reserve a room from Comfort Inn nor will a recommend it. Just awful.

This hotel was almost completely thru their renovations. It’s an older hotel that they are trying to up grade and give it a facelift The breakfast was good and the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in an hotel.(7th trip this year) Most hurt my hips. Not these. Unfortunately, the walls are thin as we could hear the baby across the hall and mumbled voices from next door. We were there for 4 days. I just can’t get over how comfortable the bed was. Even my teenager commented on it. It made the hotel worth staying at and everything else didn’t seem to be that bug if a deal.

The front staff made the stay worth it. They were all pleasant and very accommodating. The building was clean and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed my stay at this facility versus the other facility with the same name in the same city. I will definitely consider staying here again.

When we arrived workers had been in our room working that day. Left a mess and the night desk person was not helpful when we let her know. The room was dirty. Not prepared well for someone to stay in. The TV did not work and half the light bulbs were out. The day manager however was very respectful. She apologized and tried to make it right. That was the only good part of our stay.

I've stayed at this property numerous times over the past five years. Nothing has changed which is neither good nor bad. The property is decent in a great location. However, I was very confused about the rate of the room considering I just stayed there in March. There was a sizable upcharge and if you're not changing the property, why are you changing the prices?

I like to stay at this hotel mainly because it is close to my family when I visit. There are multiple places to dine close by and shopping is convenient. I really enjoyed the room with a walk in shower. Every room should be built this way.

Property is falling apart and "under repair in areas". Hotel is not Properly cleaned, pool was closed at check in due to a bunch of kids were in the pool recently and they had to add a bunch of chemicals. It did reopen sometime the next day. Breakfast was unimpressive, one morning little smokies were served as breakfast meat. Water was dripping from celling on a table at breakfast. Would not stay here again.
